酒店的環境很好，雖然在東關街上，但是很安靜，園林也很漂亮，房間裏設施比較陳舊，時間太久了，建議進行升級更新

前台的小姐姐非常可愛，幫我們升級到了獨院套房，聽引路的服務員説，最近小董同學來個園直播就下榻於此套房～進門就驚艷了，獨立的小天井，有兩個房間，住四個人都妥妥滴～不過我們人少，衹用了一個房間，貌似有點浪費哈～本來訂的兩晚，因為喜歡又續住了一晚，三天時間慢慢悠悠地把揚州城逛了一圈～住客還能逛一下客棧自帶的園林，迷你版的個園～

出行前酒店會致電確認行程，挺敷衍
自駕去的，百度搜不到停車場，必需高德才能搜到，之前電話詢問也不提醒客户，細節不到位
路上提前15分鐘約了酒店到停車場的接送服務，結果被其他人捷足先登，並且別人放了整車的箱子還沒預約直接用車，由於停車場難找和接送不講契約精神真的挺讓人對酒店反感的
房間整體古色古香，木頭味挺重的，有點難受
設施中規中矩，總體還行吧。希望以後在細節上提升

訂的家庭房，前台服務超級細緻，提前一天打了兩個電話，一個跟我確認需不需要寶寶用品，一個是提醒我最近揚州暴雨，酒店是木製結構，要是有漏水現象的話，不要急，他們會給我調整的。辦理入住的時候，前台關照也很仔細，提醒我們拿上酒店地圖，並一路帶我們走過去。房間很安逸，就算不插電卡，空調和照明還是通電的，進門就很陰涼，非常舒服。
酒店整體環境不錯，鬧中取靜，刷卡入園，跟外面街道上的熙攘隔絕。剛入住，就推薦給身邊其他小夥伴了。

淡季工作日低價600多的房價 住着100元的房間標準設施 不推薦有要求的夥伴去 前台電話説的復古風原來就是老久舊的房間 大家可以先去看看房間在決定入住 感覺好評的絕對是tuo!

環境佳，鬧中取靜。園林風格很是喜歡。
客棧設施有點年代感。
前台服務人員服務有待提高：漏發早餐券。我告知是套餐含早餐，回答還是沒有。正好有一位服務人員説是攜程的，前台服務人員才看電腦確認有早餐，才補發了我早餐券。
