感謝酒店熱情的接待和服務，不管是前台接待、還是客房服務都很到位，讓人感到賓至如歸。這次我們是一老（八十多歲）一小（十幾歲）出遊，提前和酒店電話進行了溝通，給安排了頂樓的房間，還配有小冰箱，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，下次去揚州還會繼續預訂這家。
酒店離開大運河博物館很近，附近也有各種餐飲和超市，出行一級棒。
酒店房間也打掃的很是乾淨，各項設施設備也很新，唯一不足的早餐的品種，如果每天能增加揚州特色的早餐就會更好。

一家來揚州玩，選的靠近大運河博物館的這家希爾頓，酒店前台帥哥美女都很很熱情，房間兩張1.35的床，很適合一家四口，看到孩子還貼心準備了小童拖鞋和牙具套裝，房間乾淨整潔！
三樓的自助早餐真的很贊，一定不要錯過哦，種類太豐富了，中西餐都有，小朋友們超開心🥰🥰🥰

我們是2大2小出行，小的有點小，我們之前是住的廋西湖宋城度假酒店住了幾天，然後正好17號要去博物館所以訂了這邊，可能我看錯了訂了2個雙人床的房間，其實我得訂一個大床加一個單人床的房間～因為小的很小酒店也衹有一個圍欄所以就比較尷尬。這個大小的房間～送的自助早餐還行～總的來説家庭出行的話不建議這個酒店～

這是我第N次入住歡朋酒店，但揚州這家分店的服務堪稱天花板級別！無論是硬件環境還是軟性服務都讓人驚艷，尤其是品類豐富的早餐總能開啟元氣滿滿的一天。
最讓我感動的是抵達首日恰逢女兒生日，原本衹是試探性詢問前台能否幫忙代購小蛋糕，沒想到他們立即請示主管，不僅用部門經費準備了精美蛋糕，還貼心搭配了祝福果盤。更暖心的是，當我因個人體質對噪音敏感提出換房需求時（其實家人完全沒察覺異響），酒店毫不猶豫為我升級到套房，這份將客户需求放在首位的誠意令人動容。
行程變更時他們同樣展現了專業與包容：原本三晚的住宿臨時改為兩晚，前台全程微笑配合調整；得知我們看完球賽需要休息場所，又主動提供三小時免費鐘點房。這些超出預期的服務細節，讓帶着孩子出遊的我們倍感温暖。

酒店整體衞生乾淨，房間舒適，設施完善。之前預訂時忘了留言説要遠離電梯，入住時就在電梯廳後面，還擔心有噪音，結果安靜的很，很快睡著了。
早餐品種還算豐富，看到一些品種補貨也很快。就是覺得點心種類少了些，衹有菜包和肉包，再多些就更好了。
停車場位置很多，停車方便，沒有充電樁。
這裏裏大運河博物館很近，開車大概5分鐘。博物館停車場有超級快充站。充電時拍了一張博物館夜景

孩子們很喜歡！酒店服務很好，前台小哥哥小姐姐有問必答，還推薦了附近的美食。交通很方便，旁邊就有超市和水果店。酒店裡有自助洗衣房，健身房，很便利。早餐的時候餐廳的小哥哥還給孩子們放了電影，特別暖心！
