總體還行，房子較大，適合人多住，大家一起在客廳聊聊天挺不錯的，位置還不錯，離大學步行就可以到，房子沒有WIFI，入住後問房東，他説剛到期，沒續費，比較不方便的是衞生間水龍頭斜着噴水，衹要用水就會噴到枱面上，然後往地上留，踩上很滑，總得拿拖把擦
