位置優越，就在馬路邊，其實周邊也有很多家酒店，坐公交打車吃飯什麼的都很方便，就是裏面設施一般，跟朋友早上去訂，有些房子不夠通氣，不過人家打掃完就好一些。房間空間不錯，靠窗有個長條桌子。但浴室花灑有點問題。洗漱台在浴室外面門口。

真的不知道酒店高分是怎麼來的，設施老舊，隔音差，樓下房間説話都能聽到，電梯不猛到各樓層，要下了電梯再步行半層樓，電梯有很大的黴味，房間也有，腿腳不好的慎重入住，房間的燈開關在枕頭下面，這個設計可能是獲獎了。最後説説酒店名稱，網上是叫紐斯精品酒店，實際是以前的酒店改個名，但是牌匾沒換在門口找了好一會兒也沒找到酒店門，打電話問了告訴從原來的酒店進來，不推薦入住

價格在市區中不算貴，住宿的環境、衞生等比同價的快捷酒店好多了，服務態度規範，值得推薦，雖然裝修時間比較長，但是無異味，這點缺好是優點。

非常差，407元定的酒店，比普通的賓館還差，根本對不起這個價格，前台説旅遊季節就是這樣平時沒有這麼貴，貴可以檔次得有吧，別提有多埋汰了！走廊到處曬得都是枕套，什麼地方都能曬，而且進門還是鑰匙開門的，不隔音，一扇門一腳就能踹開，定的酒店叫紐斯到達之後入住的名字就金州假日酒店，😃很搞笑前台説網上的名字不能和實體店同名，屋裡壁紙都已經破爛不堪，還有人帶狗入住，一大早就被狗吵醒！我們是自己帶的床單鋪上自己的衣服蓋着睡得！勉強度過了難熬的一晚😃！
