位於蓬萊區蓬泉路1號，建築風格有種國營大廠的感覺。緊靠八仙過海、三仙山景點，位置不錯，白天掃個共享電動車出行，晚上去鐘樓北路散步、戚故里吃宵夜，很方便。房間內乾淨衞生，（本來預訂的是個標準間，臨時升級成家庭間，感覺蠻不錯哈哈哈）但是不足之處就是，晚上房間有點冷，人少的時候水有點涼（現在是三月中旬）

本來準備住煙台市區，結果五一太堵，行程來不及臨時改在蓬萊，不得不説這家性價比真的太高了。之前看評論之前入住的顧客一通抱怨，心裏還不安。實際住的時候還是挺滿意的，由於不提供早餐，前台告知出門左拐有早市。離三仙山和八仙過海可以步行，大概1公里。
走之前才發現仙居路有一個免費超大停車場到海邊。我們一直把車停酒店院子，即使辦理退住，也沒有要求必須把車開走。
衞生間應該是新貼的壁紙挺乾淨的，洗髮沐浴是小包裝的，最讚的是浴巾是一次性的。
蓬萊晚上的夜景，很漂亮。

房間空間很大，滿意，周圍小吃也很多，但是，設備比較老舊！
前台小姐姐很熱情，酒店距離海邊大海1公里的樣子，走路大海15-20分鐘左右！總體來説，性價比較高！

設施太陳舊，衞生差，最主要的是它的床墊子太硬，都摸到彈簧了，並且洗澡的水一會兒燙一會兒涼的，還有前台的服務員態度真不好，看看這陳舊設施衞生就明白了，這是住過最差的地方了！慎重考慮吧！一星都不想給出！還號稱3星級的賓館！
