My single room was a bit apart from most other rooms occupied by families with small children, so I was protected by most of the noise on the floor. Window closed, AC on, so I was shielded from street noise as well and had a good night's sleep. Staff was very helpful providing me with newspapers, not to read about politics but to soak all the rain out of my shoes.

先是電視遙控器沒電池 然後是網絡連接不上 接着網絡不好電視無法觀看 這時候已經陸續來了三個崗位的服務人員來判定問題 最後告知手機聯網還可以電視不行沒法看 洗漱的時候發現洗漱用品沒有放置聯繫 最後洗澡水連續放很久才有熱水一度擔心要洗涼水澡了

感覺很好，離店還送了小禮物，臨近國慶尾巴，酒店降價，攜程過了能退的時候，酒店前台幫忙退了重訂，真的很棒！
唯一不足，被子上有個茶印？保潔大姨説洗不掉，這個是不是應該丟了不用了？懶得麻煩人就沒換。其他都很好。

酒店離蓬萊火車站不遠，周邊寶龍廣場吃喝購物一站解決，離去長島的碼頭也不遠，酒店設施齊全服務態度不錯給我的房間窗户正對酒店大門口很不錯！

房間設施老舊，格局方正，採光很好，陽光照進來家裡比較亮堂，晚上不開空調睡覺也很涼快，睡得睡覺比較安靜和舒心。

酒店是真不咋地，環境、衞生、服務都超級差，最可笑的是退房時發現我定的尊享房，實際給我安排的的舒適房，簡直掛羊頭賣狗肉，大堂經理回覆説這倆房型一樣的，我就不理解了，一樣的房型為什麼有60-80元的差價！！！
懶得掰扯，找了攜程客服，一個半小時給解決的，攜程服務沒話説，建議攜程對商家好好考察一下，別砸了自己招牌
