It is very good hotel and Anahit from reception is friendly and nice person. The other workers like Marat, Lilit are very good too. They are very kind and polite. Food are delicious and organic. I like it very much. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was excellent and we had a good experience at this hotel! Especially Armine, Lilit,Anahit, ***ane , Geghetsik , Levon and all the staff 🥰 😉 Everything was really impressive! I highly recommend Ararat hotel! Thank you for your superb service!! I love you very much☺

I think it is completely inappropriate for this to be advertised as a 4 star property. The standard falls below 2 stars at its very best. The first room as I was offered (even though I was later told this was an error, which I do not fully believe) was in an appalling condition. There were marks on the walls, the wardrobe was broken, the fridge smelled to name but a few. I was then offered an upgrade to a better room. Which certainly was an improvement, but barely 3 stars let alone 4. I was disappointed to learn that the pool and the gym were not available for use. When I asked how long this had been the case, I was informed it had been quite some time. Given that the room was booked 3 days prior to my arrival, the Hotel have clearly lied about facilities to lure in guests. I find this unacceptable. The breakfast was very limited, and some of the hot food was cold. Clearly this hotel would have been 4 stars when first built, however it is in desperate need of refurbishment and should not be allowed to advertise itself as 4 stars and charge as such. I will certainly not be back

Empty room bars, it's impossible even to get snacks/chips in the evening. 4 stars? Are you kidding me? A good location is the only advantage but there are plenty of brand hotels closer to the center — definitely no go in the future.

Пока что один из самых адекватных объектов для проживания в Ереване. Шумоизоляция, хороший ремонт в номере, видно, что следят за порядком. При желании можно воспользоваться услугами спа с сауной и бассейном. Расположение достаточно удобное, везде можно добраться пешком. В коридорах на полу ковровое покрытие, что нивелирует уровень шума практически до нуля. Единственный раздражающий фактор - зачем-то в атриуме включали днем музыку, которая мешала находиться в тишине.

Гостиница очень уютная , персонал приветливый , тихо , спокойно . Самый центр города , вышел - и гуляешь . Номер просторный , фена в номере не было , но без проблем выдали на рецепшене. Приятный бонус - сауна с бассейном , я воспользовалась , очень довольна . Завтрак нормальный , голодным не останешься .
