酒店位於宜賓市新開發的區域，可遠眺三江兩畔的江城風光，新中式裝修風格，客房設施完善，早餐也很豐富；特別感謝Celinna從入住前到退房後的全程關懷！

本來沒想給差評 現在實在是忍無可忍了 訂大床房給個標間等待調換當天沒有調沒啥 早餐極其難吃也沒啥 這些都可以忍，但現在大半夜的要被這個酒店網氣瘋了 實在忍不了了 找不着人工服務 全是智能語音 想接個人工服務 沒有十幾分鍾根本打不通 智能語音一點兒都不智能 當然你想要牙刷 牙膏 這樣的事情 能聽得懂 複雜一點的像便簽 筆 網絡問題等則完全聽不懂 解決不了重要問題 上不了網 住客無法通過姓氏和房號連接（不知道與換房有沒有關係 ） 更無法通過手機驗證碼連接（三個手機號碼搞了十幾次 ） 最後衹能嘗試無數次打通人工 得知要通過給的一連串的英文字母（代 碼）連接 請問酒店 : 是不是直接設個WiFi密碼放到寫字枱上更高效？總之， 住這個酒店每天你要做好隨時因這些細節浪費時間的準備 如果你衹是睡一覺 不在這兒吃飯 不上網 不需要打人工電話 酒店人員服務態度還是很好的 窗外景色也不錯 酒店裝修也不錯 就看你需要啥吧 ！哎 歸根結底就是好容易千挑萬選選了一個最貴最好的酒店 結果還是很失望 。

酒店服務意識差，帶着嬰兒行李很多，打了電話客服人員需要推車，滿口答應，結果在房間等了十多分鐘一直沒等到行李車上門，因為趕時間所以衹能我抱着寶寶老公一個人扛着行李下樓，本以為是其他房客佔用了車子導致沒送來，結果下樓小車和服務員都在下面站着，瞬間窩火，最近宜賓搞活動酒店一堆人在等着服務“重要客户”，住酒店我也是花了錢的，絲毫沒感受到讓人舒服的服務，感覺自己被區別對待了一般，下次來宜賓不會再考慮華邑酒店

酒店很新，7月份才開業的，應該是整個宜賓最豪華的酒店，酒店的服務很好，從前廳的check in 到check out都不錯，賓客服務中心也很好，及時提供我所需的，尤其是酒店還提供管家服務，我入住時由前台主管劉蕊小姐擔任我的服務管家，由於我初次到宜賓，對宜賓不熟悉，對於吃住行等問題她都非常及時的回覆，而且知道我第二天要趕早班飛機，來不及吃早餐，及時安排餐飲部給我準備外帶早餐，非常謝謝劉蕊小姐的服務。沒拍酒店的照片，衹拍了些酒店周邊的景色

第一次入住洲際旗下酒店華邑，一直都很想來體驗一下環境和服務，所以找了朋友幫忙訂房，在入住前管家siri小姐姐提前聯繫了我，問我幾點到店，提前幫忙預留好房間，且貼心的幫我記下了入住需求，到店後體驗感也超好，前台辦理入住很快，為我節省了不少時間，房間裏衞生乾淨整潔，並有茶具和茶包，酒足飯飽之後還可以來一杯淡淡的清茶，坐在窗邊看着江邊的風景，真的別有一番風味，所以整個入住體驗非常好，特此感謝siri的細心照顧，感謝酒店提供那麼好的服務和環境，下次公司有活動，一定會再與華邑續緣。

設施：酒店設施很全 健身房和餐廳不錯
衞生：房間衞生很好 看出來裝修很新 保養很好 佈局也很合理 有入户行李間
環境：環境真的無敵了 就在江邊 江景房可以直接看到長江和合江門
服務：服務非常熱情 前台小姐姐幫忙升級了一晚江景房 Celina小姐姐也很熱情幫助我們
這次入住體驗非常好 之後來宜賓還會選擇這裏

衞生很棒，新酒店，服務也好，設備新。
比較感動的是我們下午出去，還給我們打掃了衞生，留了很多礦泉水，小朋友的東西也很巴適
可以改進的地方：房間有點味道，可能是傢俱木頭的味道，早餐味道可以改進一下，燃麪不好吃，口蘑麪完全沒味道，抄手也不好吃，這點有點失望
