房間空間寛闊，露台可望到沙灘及海景。酒店內遊樂設施種類很多，適合一家大小入住。位置也很好，徒步往沙灘、碼頭或海鮮酒家也只需15分鐘左右。 與蘭陽博物館距離也只20分鐘步行距離。酒店的餐廳環境不錯，除自選早餐外還有迷你沙律吧。
唯一需改善的地方是淋浴室內沒有掛鉤，更換出來的衣服沒有位置可擺放。另外浴室門空隙封閉不良，水花會由門邊濺出弄濕地板。

住宿兩晚的第二晚
也剛好是跨年夜
飯店陽台的這一側是面海港
另外可以看到宜蘭市區
對於跨年夜能宜蘭宜蘭所有市區的煙火景色
令人相當的印象深刻

這是第二次入住O A Hotel。
電視在牆壁上與床保持垂直角度滿奇怪的，然後也無法跟手機連線有點可惜。
早餐中式海鮮粥的蝦子不是新鮮的，有點可惜了地處近海的行銷優勢，麵包不好吃，自助餐檯品項不多，希望可以改善。

四人房間夠大很舒服，床鋪軟硬適中，屋頂的溫泉水溫適合，希望戶外換洗區燈光能多一些。
早餐的部分也很豐富，只是人太多等餐點久了點，但是CP值很夠。

酒店很方便，行路到出海坐船看牛奶海好馬頭很近，大約幾分鐘，去沙灘亦有方便，可能我在冬天去客人較少，房間有點霉味，只一點點，開大冷氣吹了一下好一點，風景很好。
