酒店的整體環境很好，大堂寬敞大氣，走廊也很寬闊，房間比較大，聽説標間都是1.35米的床。這裏的空氣乾燥，房間都配了加濕器。就是客用洗護用品用的低端了，很有提升的必要！期待酒店越來越好！

房間很不錯，乾淨整潔，衞生，我們帶小孩，本來東西多，前台服務給給幫忙拿東西，尤其是要説那裡所有的工作人員真的是服務很熱情。讓人感覺賓至如歸，毫不誇張的説，這個酒店是我來寧夏感覺住的最舒服的酒店，主要是服務，真的是我住過所有星級酒店，服務最好的。值得大家來體驗一下。

酒店裝修得富麗堂皇。前台客服小姐非常熱情，我們行李多，馬上上前幫忙。房間寬堂打掃得乾乾凈凈，還有迎賓水果。泊車方便在酒店樓下。水壓足淋浴舒適。值得推薦。再來銀川一定會再入住。
連住六晚，體驗良好。如果能每天都提供迎賓水果就更好。始終應該對長期客人更優待嘛。
