They advertise it as a 3 pax room whereas only 2 people can sleep.
It was smelling of cigarette, and they didn't even give us the room slippers just because we booked through Trip.com
We had to ask for it and beg for it so they gave and even that unwillingly
I had to book an extra room for which I expect full refund as that is false advertisement and clearly ripping off as a double room is much cheaper than the "game room"
I have stayed in a different location Vienna and the experience was good.

The front desk lady checked you in with a gloomy face, the toilet had urine stains when I opened it (I checked in late and was too lazy to change rooms, so I wiped it off silently), and the square dance downstairs was still going on at 9:30 pm

There is free parking and it is very clean. The service attitude is very good. The front desk gave me a free delay in check-out when I was dealing with something outside. It is very convenient to eat, drink and have fun nearby
