The room facilities are not complete, the hygiene is a little poor, the place looks a layer of dust, maybe it was too busy during the Spring Festival and couldn't be fixed. The boss is still trying to solve the problem. But the deluxe three-bed room I booked smelled a bit strong when I entered, and the hygiene was not done. I changed to a two-bed room, and there was no refund for the price difference.

Traveling during the Spring Festival, I didn't expect the service to be so bad. We booked 4 suites! The average price of 600 yuan per night is so bad. 1. Insufficient hot water. Checked in on the third night of the ***** New Year. The outdoor temperature was 11 degrees, and there was no hot water supply. We contacted the front desk many times and said that it was repaired, but the water pressure was still low and the water temperature was neither hot nor cold. There were old people and children in the group and everyone was resentful. 2. The door could not be locked. The front desk said that it would be repaired tomorrow. It was speechless. We only stayed for one night. The door lock was broken. The front desk asked us to hang the chain and lock it. The door will be repaired tomorrow! I will check out tomorrow. Who can bear what happens tonight? We are here to check in, not for inspection and acceptance. Didn't you check the facilities in each room before arranging it? ? 3. The underground garage is dirty and damp. Although it is free to park on the roadside, there are many people setting off fireworks around. Fuel vehicles are very dangerous. We parked in the underground garage. It was like a construction site. There was water everywhere and waste decoration materials. I got my shoes dirty when I got off the car. The first impression was simply bad. 4. The front desk service was very bad. We reported all the above problems to the front desk as soon as we checked in, but there was no improvement. I have described the process above. I also hope to find the person in charge when I checked out the next day, hoping to get a satisfactory reply. It has been three days, and no one has replied to WeChat. We booked 4 suites, an average of 600 per suite, which is not the service and trea**ent that can be given at this price. There are hot spring hotels, other hotels and homestays around. It was my first time to Yizhang, Hunan, and I was accompanied by the elderly and children during the Spring Festival. The first stop was so rubbish, which is also a warning to all travelers. All the above are true. I do not accept any acceptance or rebuttal of the hotel.

This homestay has basically no supporting facilities. The road at the entrance is poorly repaired and dirty, and it is slippery when it rains or snows. The interior is simply decorated, but it is clean and the surrounding area is relatively quiet. It is only a few minutes' walk to the west gate of Mangshan Forest Park.

The rooms at Claire Cultural Hotel are large, well-equipped, clean and hygienic, with a beautiful environment and fresh air. The service attitude is very good, but the quilt is a bit thin and the temperature in the mountains is low.

Facilities: Small but complete. Probably to save space, there is no wardrobe, only a luggage rack, which is acceptable for short-term stay Hygiene: Not bad. The interior of the room is quite good. The room space is not small, and the floor-to-ceiling window design makes it feel more spacious Service: The front desk is polite, and the cleaning lady I met is also polite. She answered all questions Overall, it is a good accommodation experience with high cost performance. If you don't consider B&Bs and want to stay in a hotel, you can choose this one. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the west gate of Mangshan. There are several restaurants downstairs, which meet basic needs. The projector is really not very good. It might be better to dismantle it and directly project it on the almost white wall.

The stay was satisfactory. The room was large and clean. The front desk guy was also very friendly and introduced me to the travel route, which was very considerate.

Poor hygiene, the trash can in the toilet still had the things used by the previous owner, the sink had multiple hairs and was not cleaned at all; poor equipment, no signal from the projector; booked two nights, in the middle of winter, one of the nights had no hot water; the bed smelled bad, and there were disposable slippers from the previous owner under the bed. I rarely give bad reviews, but I can't bear it.

I can't refund the order after checking in. 1. The hotel is at the west gate of Mangshan, a seemingly unfinished commercial real estate project. The parking lot and road facilities are not well built. More than half of the project has not been completed. It is desolate and a bit scary. This is the surrounding environment. 2. The main reason why I want to check out is the problem of the room. I don’t know if it’s because of the rainy day. There is a musty smell inside, it is very damp, the window is very small, it is a small window for escape, and the ventilation is very poor. The bathroom is not hygienic. The spider webs in the vents, the store owner should understand it himself. 3. The maintenance of the whole hotel is very poor. The price of more than 400 is very poor. The check-in a**osphere of the hotel makes people feel uneasy. I originally booked two rooms, but in the end I was worried and squeezed into one room with my wife and children. That night, there were more than a dozen rooms on one floor, and it seemed that only 3-4 rooms were checked in. There was really no ghost. 4. Because the hotel is so bad, I asked for a refund and look for a new hotel. But the hotel was unwilling to refund. I understand the spirit of the contract and I have no reason to complain. I just accepted it. After Ctrip customer service intervened, the hotel refunded the second night. (I booked two rooms for two nights). Ctrip's customer service is very polite and considerate, but the business doesn't pay much attention to the customer service. I like the customer service here. 5. I have been a Ctrip user for more than ten years. I am usually too lazy to write reviews. I don't care about those points, but I am indignant. This hotel is bad! The hotel manager is bad! Ctrip customer service is good! Mao's restaurant downstairs is good for bacon!
