This is terrible experience I never faced. The room Is not clean for human use and bitten by bugs after a night. Hotel location is near to Train station but there is no light at night. We used our phone to illuminate the road. I am not recommend for family trip! It is affordable and cost-effective for a single person to live in. There is a bathtub, the supermarket downstairs is not expensive, and there are many vending machines. The view from the window is also good.

Overall it's good, the best hotel in that area. There is no convenience store nearby, but the hotel has its own small shop in the lobby. There are vending machines on each floor, and the in and out are fast. The service staff are friendly.

I used it when I went to Hakkeijima Sea Paradise. It takes less than 5 minutes by car from Sea Paradise, and it is easy to move. It was smooth because I could go from the underground parking lot to the front of the hotel. As for meals, there are few shops in the neighborhood, so it is better to check in after finishing outside. Children up to 5 years old will need an additional 1100 yen. The parking fee is 1650 yen. The equipment feels a little old, but there is a sense of cleanliness. The front desk was also kind and polite, and I was able to use it comfortably overall.

I went to the cafe for lunch. It was reasonably priced, the service was good, and the food was good. Unfortunately, the view was not on the sea side, so there was only the bridge and road of the Seaside Line and the New Transit train. You can choose from 4 main dishes for 2200 yen. The appetizers were colorful and delicious. The vegetables were very good. For the main course, you could choose from steak (+200 yen), hamburger, duck, and red sea bream. The sauce was also good. The free drinks were a variety of soft drinks, coffee, and tea (various types available). The parking lot is underground and flat, which is good, but a little difficult to find. I got a little lost on the way back.

There was a paid parking lot in the basement of the hotel, so it was convenient and we didn't get wet even on rainy days. The directions to the front desk were also easy to understand, so we were able to check in smoothly.

The design is quite old and it gives the impression of being a training facility. However, I think it has excellent access to Yokohama City University Hospital. It's not that there was anything wrong with the hotel itself, but I've been staying in many well-equipped hotels recently, so I couldn't help but feel that this one was a bit disappointing.
