This hotel was perfect located just steps away from shin-Yokohama ramen museum and in walking distance to shin-Yokohama station. The room was clean, well-furnished and the check-in process was perfectly smooth and fast.

Room is really small with 2 full size bed side by side. No other space left except the entrance door opening. We had only one night booked and was expected small room anyway. So it didn’t bother us too much. Just surprised there was tea pot and cups but no tea bags or whatever, we had to go buy some instant coffee bags nearby.

I would like more light in the room It's dark when you go outside under the lights I would like to be able to turn on and off the lights from the bed.

It was a very nice hotel. The interior was beautiful. Check-in and check-out were unmanned and easy.

Like other reviews, it's dirty and the entrance is where you smoke so you can't help but be bombarded with smoke.

Room size and amenities are minimal, but have what you need. It's also convenient that each room has a microwave.

I wanted to catch the first Shinkansen train, so I stayed at the cheapest place nearby! It was enough for me just to sleep!!

The location is very good. You can walk from the station, and you can also walk to Yokohama Arena and Nissan Stadium. There is a Ramen Museum next door. There are also many convenience stores. There is a microwave in the room which is helpful. I think it's better not to have high expectations in terms of cleanliness. There was hair in the bathtub and towels in the refrigerator that appeared to belong to the previous guest. Also, from the moment I entered the hotel, there was an overpowering floral scent and the room smelled like incense. There were deodorizing beads behind the trash can, but they weren't unscented, they had a soap scent, so it might have added to the mix. Since the windows could not be opened, I turned on the air conditioner and turned on the air purifier to full blast. Even if you are staying for multiple nights, you will not be provided with towels unless you go to the front desk to collect them yourself, and there is no luggage storage before or after departure, so please be careful. It's not uncomfortable and the price is cheaper than the surrounding area, so I think it's fine if you just want to sleep. Be careful if you are sensitive to smells.

At check-in, there was a problem with the card key not coming out of the machine, but the reception staff responded smoothly.

This hotel offers great service and comfortable rooms. The staff are kind and the room is clean. The convenient location also provides good access to tourist destinations. There are plenty of restaurants and facilities, so I was able to spend my time without any inconvenience during my stay. However, some of the rooms felt old, but overall the level of satisfaction was high. We also appreciate the fact that they provide such quality at a reasonable price. I want to use it again.
