Overall, it was pretty good. The location is convenient, and the facilities are decent. It's right near Yokohama Chinatown, a bit small, but perfect for one person. It was very clean, and there's a bathtub where you can sit and soak, though you can't really lie down in it. The price was quite reasonable, and the hotel has full amenities, including a microwave and a humidifier. The kettle didn't work, but I guess nobody drinks tap water anyway, right?

The environment, service, and hygiene were all great. However, there's no free parking, not even for motorcycles. They only have a paid parking garage for cars. But for the price, it's already very good.

location wise, pricewise and comfort wise Livemax exactly what i needed. its nice and clean. staff helped me to find a small but very good onsen( you ask them next time) and Chinatown is exactly where you live with 2 fresh fruits market just oposite hotel which is super convenient.

The room was always well cleaned. It’s right next to Chinatown which is very convenient.

Nice hotel, think it's the only one I've been to in Japan that has a microwave in the room! Location wise it's great for exploring Chinatown and those wanting to go to a DeNA Baystars game. No complaints with comfort or cleanliness, ticks all the boxes you want for a hotel in Japan.

Hotel standard as common Japanese hotel, but location was superb. Only walking distance to tourist spot, such as chinatown (no worry for eat), temple in chinatown, gundam factory, etc. Photos shown surrounding areas to Gundam Factory
