Advantages: 1. This hot spring hotel is located between mountains and rivers, with beautiful scenery and pleasant views. The hotel's hardware facilities are perfectly integrated with the natural landscape. There are dozens of large and small pools, such as apple pools, lemon pools, fish therapy pools, cave pools, etc., as well as children's play areas, which can meet the needs of different groups of people. 2. The service in the hot spring area is particularly considerate, and the local aunts are warm and hospitable. Especially Aunt Li Juhua, when she learned that it was our first time, she took the initiative to introduce us to the facilities in the park, replaced clean bath towels in time, and sent warm rose tea, which made people feel warm. 3. The hotel will provide snacks in the evening, and will also send three boxes of milk and a few biscuits to the room. 4. The hotel room is equipped with a heater, which is very thoughtful. Disadvantages: 1. The service awareness of the front desk needs to be improved, and the attitude is relatively cold. We arrived at the hotel at 3:30, and the front desk only told us that the room had not been cleaned yet, so we could go to the room to change clothes before going to the hot springs; when we applied for the room card, they did not proactively inform us of the number of entries to the hot spring park. When we asked proactively, the front desk replied that we would look at the order content, and did not help to check the order information. When we checked out, we asked if we could provide a bottle of bottled water, and the only reply we got was hot ginger water. 2. Once, we heard the waiter knocking on the door. After replying, we walked from the balcony to the room to open the door, but at this moment, the waiter had already swiped the room card to deliver fruit, and did not seem to think there was anything wrong with doing so. 3. The quality of the hotel's food was not ideal: there were rotten oranges in the fruit plate delivered; the braised pork rice in the restaurant was full of fat. 4. We booked a triple room. The children went swimming in the morning and had no time to eat breakfast. We asked if we could pack breakfast. The waiter said that the restaurant was self-service and did not provide packaging services. And breakfast ended at 10:30, but before 10 o'clock, the empty plates of food were no longer replenished. If we hadn't read the reviews in advance, we wouldn't have known that the restaurant also offers simple fruits and tea, although the variety is limited. After reading the reviews, I did find that service is the shortcoming of this hotel. Such a good place, I sincerely hope that the hotel can pay attention to and improve its service awareness, and do better and better!

The scenery is pleasant and the climate is comfortable. It is perfect for hot springs♨️ The breakfast is very rich and delicious. The service of Yu Hot Spring is especially good, and the uncles and aunts are very enthusiastic. There is a shuttle bus in the resort, just press the bell, which is very convenient. There are fruit preserves in the room, and milk snacks are delivered before bed. Very satisfied, I will come again next time.
