The hotel is located near the city center, which is very convenient. There are many restaurants for you to choose from. The room is comfortable, quiet and clean. In general, I recommend everyone to experience it!

The room is smaller than the York Hotel. The room is in a relatively modern style, but I don't like it very much. The overall tone is darker and a bit depressing. The hotel breakfast is also average, there are few choices, sausages or other meats are very salty, maybe salt is not expensive 🙃

The stay was for my wife’s birthday. The staff were very friendly and we received a free drink to celebrate. We then went to the roof bar and also received a complimentary plate also.

I booked this hotel for me and my partner for his 30th birthday and our whole experience here was exceptional. Very happy and will come again when we next visit York

Convenient location, however we were not satisfied with the cleanliness and amenities of our room. Dusty and lots of debris on the floor. The toilet room walls were stained. For the price we were expecting a bit more amenities such as travel size toothpaste. Didn't use the bath robes as they felt scratchy and we were not sure if they were clean. Kettle's full of lime scale so we didn't use it as well. Genuinely confused as we thought this was a relatively new hotel but we've stayed at cleaner and better equipped rooms at some budget chains before. The reception staff members were friendly and helpful though.
