Lovely clean hotel. We had a Family Suite and it gave us and my 12 year daughter privacy without being out of sight. Great size room for us and a pool view as booked. No issues on check in. In fact upon arrival the manager rang the restaurant to ask them to stay open so we could grab a snack after arriving just after closing. This was a fantastic first impression. It goes a long way in our opinion. The hotel staff are really nice and very friendly. The resident cat, Takis, is our favourite. He’s super friendly and full of character and charm. Food is ok, you definitely won’t starve but breakfast was our favourite part of eating here.

Arrived may 4th for ten days. Nice clean hotel. The food wasn’t the best but it depends on what you like it will suit a lot of people. Not much at all for kids food, only had chips on twice in the ten days. And the all inclusive drinks aren’t the best but we barely drink during the day and we go out around tsilivi every night for drinks so it doesn’t bother us too much about the hotel drinks or hotel entertainment as we are never around the hotel on the night. Couldnt fault the room or the staff or cleaners or anything. It’s in a good central area near all the bars n restaurants. You have the water park 5 min walk away then crazy golf 5mins the other way and bowling not far from that. Second time we have been to this hotel and honestly the only things we could pick at is the food could be better, and the pillows are uncomfortable and the hotel tax set me back about £70 which probably can’t be helped on the hotels side of things. But other than that we love the place and would defo come back and will probably be back in 2025 (hopefully they sort the food out a bit)

First thing people need to be aware of is the tourist tax that upset a lot of guests. Charged 7 euros per room per night.. Said it was a 4 Star hotel??? our rep said it as a 3 star plus. So 70 euros was a big chunk of our spends. have to pay it in cash too. We arrived at lunchtime and was told lunch was available, a nice gesture.. First impression of buffet dining room was how small it was and packed with chairs and tables back to back.. couldn't pull a chair out to sit.. Suggested taking a couple tables out which they did after a couple of days and was a little better?? we always managed end tables near he door. Please be aware the hotel is doing a refurbishment programme but lots of rooms not finished or ready for guests?? And a new block being built on the side. Good luck with more guests in the small buffet restaurant. Went to our room 226 which overlooked the pool and a storage yard .. to be fair lots of activity over a few days and it finally got emptied. No safe , a loose shower head, loose patio door handle (hubby fixed that). reception said new safes had been delivered and would fix us one which they did but with one screw. .had to come back next day to fix it more securely. Shower head got looked at but nothing done.. So whether it will last the summer season who knows?? The towels were good for exfoliating unless they had holes in which happened on 2 of our days and bleach on bath mats. Not a 4 star Had a lovely friendly cleaning lady and had rooms done everyday which was a good point. Moving on.... All drinks were served in plastic glasses. I understand around the pool during the day but it was the same bar used for evenings too???. drinks were very limited. No whiskey and no brandy, cocktails tasted the same and not very good out of plastic glasses..I did notice some taller cocktail glasses later in the holiday but they were plastic too. They needed washing mmmmm. After 3 days the bar manager had to go to the supermarket for whiskey. that soon run out and the same problem with brandy too. The hot drinks, coffee or tea was out of machine in cardboard cups which tasted awful. Not a 4 star. Moving on...No evening entertainment unless you can call a music quiz or bingo playing in the dark using phone lights to see what you were doing as entertainment. Nothing for the kids to do.. Spoke to manager about lack of light outside in evening. He said he had some battery lights to put on tables?? did'nt see them before end of our holiday?? Not a 4 star.. Moving on.. Food in restaurant was much of a much.. Breakfast was ok.. hope you like pizza, pasta and salad.. couple choices of meats/veg/potatoes.(not always hot). desserts were nice if they didn't run out??. Often run out of tea bags too. The staff did their best but can only work with what they have got.. Not a 4 star.. There is an A la carte restaurant that opened just before we came home but then it was closed again??. The food was being carried up the main road from the buffet kitch

Arrived on 4th May at night All Inclusive. No hot food only a few sandwiches which was not enough for all who arrived. Maybe be good to put food or sandwiches into the rooms for guest so all get something on arrival. Our check out time is before the resteraunt opens at night so no hot food on Departure either Room beautiful clean and very modern and cleaned everyday, can't fault the cleaners they were amazing and very friendly. Food- Great if you love pasta and fish and cream sauces. Always cold and when asked to turn up the heat to keep warm the very friendly manager of resteraunt ( joking she was rude) said no until the jet2 rep complained . There were kiddies in hotel and not one yes not one choice for kids infact kids corner had absolutely nothing for them at all. Pool.snacks well the burgers were what you would get in a kid play kitchen. Luckily surrounding area has loads for places to eat. It's wasn't busy when we were there so the pool.area was great for beds and was very clean. Price we paid was good for this hotel and would go back but would I ly be able to bfast as food just not the best

We stayed at the Karras Grande hotel in tsilivi. When we arrived we couldn’t get into our room until 3pm. The staff on reception were not at all welcoming and never explained where anything was or what time meals were or where to go for food. The hotel room had been refurnished so that was ok however the bathroom was dated and needed a make over. The shower head was positioned in the middle of the bath. When we looked outside on our terrace we was facing the pool but to the left where staff went in a out it looked like a skip of rubbish all piled up and whoever stayed in the room over looking that I’m sure what not have been impressed. The pool was should have opened at 10am and was always late opening and should stay open until 6pm and some days closed at 5.45pm. Food at the hotel was disgusting and cold every time. We had to go out to eat every night in the end it was that bad. Breakfast there was never enough fried eggs and we would have to wait ages. They had 2 toasters so that was also a nigh**are. Some days they had no English tea bags and fresh juice had ran out of machine and when trying to get something else it was just like dirty water. The staff in the restaurant were also miserable and not at all helpful. Considering they only opened on the 1st May 2024, we arrived on the 4th they should have been organised and had plenty of time to make sure thing la were 100% for the start of the season. Very very disappointed with this hotel throughout. We seemed to have problems after problems. Our toilet didn’t work so had no use of that for a whole day. We had no electric and had to get that resolved. And to top it all off I fell down the marble steps as we was going out one evening and sprained my ankle very badly. They didn’t get me to fill out an accident form or book. All they did was come over to see if I was ok and bar lady gave me a bit of ice. The next day there was a wheelchair and I asked the man on reception of it was the hotels and could not borrow it, he looked at it and said no that’s not ours, and then a lady behind me said yes it is the hotels but the tyres are flat? They should have known that this was there’s. Just no sympathy what so ever. On the day of check out, we handed our card to the man on reception he just confirmed my name and did not even ask how our stay was absolutely nothing. I will never stay at this hotel again, so please check reviews before considering this hotel as rubbish. There was no evening entertainment either or anything for kids. They had a separate building out the front which was an al la Carte restaurant I don’t think so as they only had one kitchen so the food was transferred from there and they would have to walk across with the food which could have been contaminated or insects. Got to be one of the worst places I have ever stayed in.

The worst experience of a hotel I have had ,the place wasn't ready for guests ,we had a family room which was so small I couldn't believe how a family could cope in it,that was our first room which was missing the shower head in the bathroom when you came out of the bathroom you walked into the end of the bunk beds which were sticking out a foot of more passed the wall the smoke alarm was lying on the luggage rack bench with the battery hanging out ,the TV screen was pointing at the ceiling and couldn't be moved,on opening the balcony door we were greeted by a workman passing by with a wheelbarrow followed by his workmates carrying a bucket. Our second room which was the only room with a key lock was a lot better only the headboard was shedding its plastic coating onto the bed clothes and you had to wait for the maid to come at 3 o'clock because she didn't have a key or you didn't get the room done .the only bar open at night was around the pool where you could play bingo in the dark as the was no lighting other than coming from the room inside and the bar itself which was so poorly stocked the beer was ok but the wine was absolutely awful really cheap and unacknowledged didn't have any whiskey for the first two days , apparently went to supermarket on 3rd day after jet2 rep had a word with management and bought 4 bottles but that ran out 3 days later similar situation with the brandy The resturant was a absolute joke you couldn't get moved for the amount of tables crammed into the place, the breakfasts were ok but the lunch and dinner were very poor selection side of you like pasta and salad you would be ok but some of the meat dishes were very fatty the souvlaki skewers on the first night were 90% fat no wonder a awful lot of people were eating out can't imagine what the family of four spent on eating out for the last few days.fortunately it was there easter holiday on the Friday so we didn't have to listen to the building work for the long weekend.nearly forgot the restaurant ran out of tea bags, how's that for the first week of the season! You couldn't even get a decent cup of coffee in the hotel,so we and our new friends sue and frank had to go out every morning for a cup at the mythostime pub down on seafront we ended up going there every night, not something you expect to have to do when you book a so called 4 star hotel. If your thinking about going with kids, believe me there is absolutely nothing there for them. Everything done on a shoestring!!

The resort is undergoing some renovations at the moment so is a bit noisy but that is understandable. The room we had was clean and modern with cleaners everyday. Food is very limited. Mainly salads and octopus. Nothing at all for children to eat. Food runs out quickly and some days there isn’t any deserts. The staff are good and very polite. The 3 pools are spotless however one is where they are building and the other 2 are very busy and the sun only gets you at certain times as the pools are between buildings and there isn’t any life guards. There is no bar inside open and not much entertainment unless you want to play bingo at 10pm in the dark. I wouldn’t recommend it for children as nothing for them to do and the beech that is a few hundred yards away is only a few meters wide and full of shingle ect.

We have travelled on four all inclusive holidays in the last twelve months with Jet2 so this is an honest review. The hotel is in a great location, it has 3 pools, the food in the restaurant is good with lots of choice, drinks of wine, beer ,soft drinks and hot drinks are self service in the restaurant. We ate in the a la carte restaurant which was a four course meal with waiter service drinks and it was good. Snacks are poor only choice is hot dog, burger or pizza no chips. There is entertainment every evening but we chose to go out. Greek night was good, with dancing and singing. The hotel is generally clean, but does need some maintenance. The spa area was partially flooded with brown water and the walls are mouldy. Some of the rooms have not been refurbished and are poor, we were given room 113, there was a massive hole in the ceiling outside the room and the furnishings, including the headboard were peeling. After complaining we were moved to room 306 which was a lovely modern family room overlooking the pool. The safe is free, tourist tax for 2 adults was 21 euro. We had a night flight and asked to keep our room on for 5 hours and we’re told it was 70 euro, only showers available was the mouldy spa, luckily we used another guests room to shower. The weather was red hot, we had a lovely holiday but we would not return to this hotel again.

Stayed here for one week with my wife and teenage daughters. We honestly couldn't fault this holiday. Hotel was modern and clean, daily maid service and well air conditioned rooms. Food was beautiful and was never stuck for choice on what to eat. Teenagers grumbled a bit, but they're fussy and only eat beige food! All inclusive drinks were great especially the cocktails with very good measures! Evening entertainment wasn't great but you make the most of it. Greek Night was brilliant and enjoyed seeing traditions. ALL staff were amazing, friendly, polite and so hard working throughout the week.
