🏨 **Comfort & Hospitality**: Cozy facilities and a diverse breakfast buffet. Special thanks to the hotel staff 朋朋(Pengpeng) for the thoughtful arrangements and referring a chinese speaking tour guide.
🌟 **VIP Tour Guide Service**: Our guide, 邓满(Deng Man), was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and detailed in her explanations. She pre-booked VIP tickets, saving us hours of排队 (queueing), and designed a perfect itinerary that revealed breathtaking views we’d have missed otherwise.
**Final Verdict**: Will definitely choose Hilton Hampton and request Deng Man again on our next visit! Highly Recommended.

Hotel was conveniently located about 15 minutes’ walk away from the East gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet spread was delicious. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We love this beautiful new hotel at the heart of Wulingyuan minutes away from the Zhangjiajie National Forest East entrance. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Service is impeccable. And the breakfast is excellent with lots of choices both Chinese and western. We highly recommend it to everyone coming to visit Zhangjiajie.

I like the fact that you can check the availability of the washing machines and dryers on the TV screen. I also appreciate the abundant supply of mineral water at the lift lobby.
Everything was good except for: (1) the cleanliness of the restaurant where breakfast was served. There was a dead insect stuck onto the bowl and there were dead insects on the glass window pane. (2) the size of the kettle counter in the room is miserably small and I even broke the mug! (2) the crew at the restaurant didn't have much customer-centric attitude. I would like to compliment staff at reception counter Mao Li Hua, who was attentive and polite and positioned herself to serve guests. However, whenever we passed by the reception in the evenings, we always saw this female and male staff chatting away by themselves at the edge of the counter.

We stayed for 3 night. The location just 20 mins walk to 標誌門. The room is clean but the refill of daily stuffs was not good enough; either cleansing lotion or toilet paper was not refilled daily. The variety of breakfast was fair but refill was adequate. The best things is the showering hot water that refresh my body everyday. The wifi is very good.
The most best thing is her laundry service where a maid was always humble and hard working to serve every guest.
Special honor should give the maid @ laundry unit & a group of staff who guide our travel in 张家界, eg. Mr. Jinoo who help us buy tickets and gave us travel guide to make my journey smooth.
So far Hampton is my priority choice in China.

This property is only 12 minutes easy walk to the forest park’s East Gate entrance. Coffee & tea, bottled water, ice cream, yoghurt milk are offered for free in the lobby. The genial lady 李阿姨generously helps us with our laundry requirements and delivered the washed items right up to our room. Great service! Special thanks also to 羅先生 who helped us plan an orderly tour to the different attractions within the park.
Breakfast is quite satisfying but repetitive. Overall, I like this place and would recommend it to anyone visiting Wulingyuan.

A fabulous choice at zhangjiajie. Situated in the beautiful town of Wulingyuan, this is a clean and spacious hotel with the national forest gate just about 15 minutes by foot. There are tonnes of restaurants, bakeries, grocery shops around.
The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, well lit and spacious, breakfast has everything from fruits to noodles, eggs, tea, milk and coffee. They also provide freebies like unlimited water, cold drinks, juices, cookies, coffee and ice creams in the lobby 24x7.
Special mention for our superstar Miumiu for arranging all our tickets for the excursions and providing helpful tips. She was always there to help. We appreciate the assistance and would certainly love to come back.

This Hampton by Hilton is the newer one in ZhangJiaJie, conveniently located in the WuLingYuan district, just 2 min car ride from the TianZhiShan entrance to the forest park. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We booked the double room with 1 kind bed and it was spacious, comfy and clean. We called reception to ask for more toilet roll and a cute robot came knock on our door and delivered them within 5 mins! The breakfast has a good variety of choices and I particularly loved their soy milk machine which serves nice hot soy milk with bran every morning. However, I was took by surprise that there is NO SAFE in the room to lock up personal belongings. As a Hilton brand, I certainly did not expect such a miss out. Overall, this hotel is a good choice for foreigners and family with kids.
