Anyone can open the door of the balcony and come in, which is very scary. And the balcony was dripping all the time 4. Some minor problems: There was no floor towel. The bathroom door was covered with slippery marble but no floor towel was provided. We had to use bath towels and did not dare to use the provided bath towels; There was not even any place to put shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, and the bathroom was not very clean; The flush toilet was very short and old, not like a new hotel at all Of course, I think most of the problems I encountered were not the aunt's problems, but the hardware facilities. There is no need to embarrass the workers, but whether this hotel is a new store in 2024, I am afraid the store owner knows better than me In short, if you pursue cleanliness, don't book it. Zhangjiajie has more and better choices. There is no need to spend so much money and suffer here
