A great stay for the price point! Pros: The inn is very convenient foreigners as the receptionist speaks fluent English. They can help to book attraction tickets (at a small discount) and can help to plan or recommend routes that are suitable for you. They can also arrange to send your luggage to the train station if needed (own expense). They reply quickly via WeChat to any questions you may have, so that was convenient. For travellers who are coming from the High Speed Rail Station, the inn is located down the road to a bus station with buses that connect to the airport, zhangjiajie city, and the train stations. Talking the bus is much cheaper than getting a taxi since the Wulingyuan area is a 30minute drive from the high speed rail station (zhangjiajie west station). There are also many eateries within the vicinity of the inn. True to the description, the inn is a 10 minute walk to the entrance of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park (east gate). Amenities provided in the room are true to the description. An additional surprise is the bed heating function. It made the bed extra cozy during the cold months. Cons: The inn does not have a lift, so it might not be suitable for those with mobility problems. While there’s a washing machine, there is no dryer (there is a clothes drying region to air dry your clothes).

Super clean, big room, cozy vibes with heater blankets! The owner was very friendly and helpful 😊 There are a lot of restaurants nearby as well as the bus station.

The location is fantastic, is it value for money. The main reason I will definitely book agsin if i visit wilinyuan again is the HOST!!!! Her name is Xiao Mei!! She is such a friendly, informative , jolly person, and she makes our stay such a pleasant stay. She even helped us to look and book a more reasonable transportation when the one we booked is expensive. The setback is the room does not have a heater.

A really lovely hotel, located only ten minutes walk from Zhangjiajie National park. The owner Summer was very kind and helped us plan our trip to the park! I would stay there again, really recommend!

This hotel was beautiful, lovely staff who really try to help you and the location is great. The electric blanket was great. The only thing I'll say is that it can be noisy, so bring some earplugs.

The location is perfect, bus station is next to the hotel, the east entrance of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park is a 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The manager was very helpful and friendly, she can speak English and gave us advice about how would be the best to visit the park in two days.
