It was very convenient to stay here with families. What matters most to me is that they put washing machines and dryer that we can freely use. It is very helping that we could do our laundry. Room size is also big for suitcases to completely open, and amenities are very hygienic as they put everything in sealed plastic. Overall it is very recommended to stay here while exploring Zhangjiajie.

Amazing treat. The owner was really useful and helpful. The room is very comfortable and fancy. the view is just of the downtown neighborhood, full of skyscrapers as you can see from the hotel pictures. The discount offered for the entrance to tianmen mountain and national park is recommended.
The hotel is just 15min walk to tianmen cable car entrance and 10min to the bus station.
Be aware that in the mountain there are around 10C less than the city! The day before we had 30C and the day after rain and 10C, however we didn't expect snow!
If you arrive by high speed train, the high speed train station is outside the city, take the bus lines 17 or 6 for about 45min, however a taxi will be just faster.
On the way to the national park/wulingyuan, the bus station was complicated to find and use as a foreigner, so we ended up taking the taxi.
To reach the airport it is just 10-30rmb taxi ride (no bus available from the area).

We had a fantastic experience at this guesthouse.
From the very beginning to the last minute of our stay, Ichen was friendly, professional, flexible and extremely efficient to answer all our needs. She also provided us with very useful advice to organise our trip to Zhangjiajie. I would like to sincerely thank her for all this valuable help !
The room was very clean, nicely designed and comfortable. The mastress was qualitative and the view on the city gorgeous!
There is also an awesome local restaurant just next to the hotel with delicious Lanzhou cuisine. And many other options...

The pictures are just like the pictures, clean and modern. The hotel is in a nice location with shops all around it. And just a 5 minute walk to the central railway and busstation. Easy to go to tianmen mountain from here. Service was really good and they cleaned our room everyday. There's a good working TV, washing room, kitchen, fridge, shower amenities and staff even helped me make my ramen 😂. Overall just 10/10, realllyy nice place to stay, recommended!! (Dont forget to visit the 72 towers night show nearby!)

Great stay and amazing service, room is very large and the bed was very comfortable, we would come back again. Location is a bit far from the center but still great as close to the cable car.

Excellent service. We arrived at midnight. 13 of us. And they were waiting at the lift for us with all keys to 5 of our rooms. The rooms are very spacious, very clean with all the amenities and some extra. Wish we were able to stay longer. There's restaurants downstairs for breakfast and some stalls for supper too. What a lucky find for us!
