The lobby on the first floor is too messy, with all kinds of people. The reception staff at the front desk are of low quality, speaking rudely and without a smile. Guests smoke and spit in the elevator at will. The room is ok. It is convenient to go to Tianmen Mountain.

My friend and I traveled to Zhangjiajie from Hong Kong for 4 days and 3 nights. We booked this hotel on Trip.com. The overall evaluation of these 4 days is:
1. Geographical location
It takes about 11-12 minutes to take a taxi from Zhangjiajie West Station (high-speed rail), which is very fast.
2. Room facilities
The room design is very stylish, and the furnishings and overall feel are very comfortable.
3. Room hygiene
The toilet, bathroom, bed, floor, chair and walls are all neat and clean. 4. Reasonable price and high cost performance.
Others: Due to the air conditioning problem, we would like to thank the hotel staff for lending us a fan to solve the ventilation problem in the room. In addition, the toilet was clogged, so we would like to trouble the staff to help clear it. Thank you very much!

I stayed in this hotel for work. I was very satisfied with the stay. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities and equipment were brand new and complete, fully voice controlled, even the toilet 🚽 was mostly thermostatic, the mattress was very comfortable to sleep on, the breakfast in the morning was rich and fresh, the noodles were very delicious, there was a free gym, I could relieve fatigue after get off work, there was also free parking and free self-service laundry
