很滿意的一次入住，所有的服務人員都非常熱情主動。一開始訂錯了房型，Daisy非常熱心幫忙備註更換了。房間裏温暖舒適，雖然是新開的但是沒有裝修的味道。早餐精緻好吃。地理位置和你好，離4索走路1分鐘就到非常方便。

感覺是剛剛開門營業的酒店，很多設施尚未裝修完，運營團隊相對比較生疏，但工作人員很熱情，住客也不多，希望能儘快磨合團隊完善設施。有前往太子城站的來回班車，前廳的程曉很熱情，還去幫忙送站。

這次入住完全超出預期！2025新開的，所有設施都很新~
1.酒店位置很方便，出門一百米不到就是雪具大廳，出了小鎮，開車幾分鐘到地鐵站，出行覓食都省心。
2.房間乾淨得無可挑剔，床品柔軟親膚，隔音效果超棒，睡的挺好~
3.前台小傑服務熱情又高效，有問必答還主動分享本地攻略，細節裏全是温度。其他工作人員也都非常好，響應很快，也都很有禮貌~
4.設施齊全且好用，淋浴水壓剛好，連充電口都佈局得很貼心~
這個雪季，我就這家酒店住到底拉~~~~

交通：太子城站下高鐵，跟着人羣到出口，自然會看到明顯的賓麗雅酒店舉牌接站的小姐姐，小姐姐會告訴你酒店自己的接駁車在哪裡，車裡有百歲山的水提供，非常方便。回程也是，提前跟前台説，前台會根據你的高鐵時間告訴你提前幾點到大堂等接駁車送到高鐵。
位置：對於兩天一晚特種兵旅行來説，酒店位置太好了。酒店在景區裏，去哪兒都方便，門口就是纜車、滑草、騎馬等，想什麼時候玩就什麼時候玩。給其他項目留出來充裕時間，我甚至去看完大馬戲三分之二又急奔到太舞之夜看到了火壺、打鐵花、跟着一起蹦了野迪，一起大合唱《後來》，太開心了。
設施：崇禮五星級水平，我這個房型有陽台，非常愜意！涼爽、透氣！
衞生：乾淨，規矩，衞生間地方超大。有體重計，對於減肥人士友好。
服務：本次酒店最大亮點。入住後管家Leah程曉立刻加微信表示有需要隨時找她，而且她真的做到了！我晚上10點多了發現自己忘記帶卸粧油了，想着查查小鎮裏羅森的營業時間，但是在其他app上沒查到，於是非常不好意思的打擾了Leah，她不僅給我查到了營業時間，還給了第二方案，酒店b2停車場也有小超市，可以讓同事引領我去。真的非常感動！能感受到很為顧客的安全着想了！
環境：這個地方含氧量真高，跑步感覺都更快了！

這次入住完全超出預期，從進門到離店都被貼心對待。前台小姐姐Lilia 辦理手續超快，還主動告知了周邊的位置活動，親切服務態度很好！酒店有淡淡的香味，床單被套摸起來質感很好，床墊軟硬適中，睡的很好！洗漱用品的香味也很舒服。最意外的是隔音，窗外就是商圈卻完全聽不到噪音，靜謐感滿分～入住的麥克狐主題房，一進屋先跟孩子玩起了探案遊戲，有趣！大堂吧經理馬文馨熱情周到，服務貼心，跟孩子成為了非常好的朋友！早餐種類豐富，劉小方廚師長百忙之中親自在餐廳徵求住店客人的意見建議，中秋節還因為孩子喜歡特意做了不同圖案的酸奶哄小朋友開心～餐廳的趙一帆、陳丹妮兩位小姐姐也很温柔貼心的照顧長者和孩子，在酒店的這幾天真切感受到了服務的品質。跟孩子説好了等入冬滑雪時再來！
