酒店的外部因為雨季泄洪，被堆砌了很長的防洪工程。初到酒店，園區指引全憑自己問。辦理好入住手續，拿着行李找電梯，被告知因為酒店本身衹有兩層，所以沒有安裝電梯…..也沒有禮賓服務。對女生多行李的不友好，同時對殘疾人不友好，無障礙設施❌再説晚上的酒店內院，沒有路燈….安全指數❌複式房打開梳化床幾乎就不能上下樓了，沒有什麼下腳的地方，大體重人羣勸退❌。
着重説一下淋浴，開酒店的基本意義不就是為了舟車勞頓趕路的人提供休息的場所麼，洗個熱水澡，那個水還不如農家院自製的太陽能淋浴器好用。與其説是水打在身上，倒不如説是水蒸汽！軟綿綿的…..

提前溝通了一下標間，標間的床是可以拼在一起的，帶娃的家庭超級推薦，2個被子，還有一個超大的床～簡直香極了～酒店規模，像是民宿，但是真的很乾凈，房間幫忙給升級了帶陽台的池景，意外意外～唯一遺憾的是早餐牛奶和咖啡稍遜色，要能煮碗麪條就太好了，有五六個菜，煮雞蛋，玉米，小山葯，水果都有，住宿+早餐這價格已經yyds了，早飯之後在園子裏玩了一小時，拍照出片。駕車10分鐘到漫水橋，租了雨鞋去踩水，門口老闆還挺好的，給椅子坐，還送了小螃蟹。

五一假期躲開人羣準備就在北京周邊轉轉，無意中看到了懷來這邊的酒店，被它好聽的名字和蘇州園林的設計風格所吸引，直接預訂了三間房。到達後的環境特別驚喜，當天下着小雨有點秒入江南的感覺，房間乾淨衞生，前台服務員也很熱情，孩子們去做了陶藝製作，大人們就一起在房間喝茶，旁邊有個茶室但我去那天是關門的，本想在院子裏喝茶那意境會更美吧！希望下次去，可以幫我升級個房間，在再院子裏喝杯茶那就更完美了❤️
驚喜的不僅是環境還有樓下湖底轟趴館，孩子們玩的很開心，説下次還要來這裏過個生日🎂
服務人員有點少，其它都特別滿意，期待下次再去😄

環境非常不錯，有點到了江南水鄉東感覺，而且還有小孩可以玩的轟趴，訂的複式解決了一家三口的問題，就是隔音不太好，當天有婚禮，隔壁實在太吵了，影響睡眠
