Zhangjiakou is a nice place. This hotel was the only downfall of our trip. I thought 800 yuan a day would be the upper limit for the area, but aside from the nice hotel environment, the service was completely lacking. At 8:00 a.m., while my family was still asleep, someone used a key card to unlock our room door, then shoved it open and broke the security chain, giving us a complete shock. I asked the front desk, and they said the waiter had opened the wrong door. I was speechless. Where did you find such a strong waiter? And the security chain was just for show, wasn't it? The breakfast was also terrible. We arrived at 8:30 a.m. and there was practically nothing there. The milk and soy milk were completely empty and never refilled. We only had some cold dishes and fried rice. Overall, I don't recommend this hotel!!!

The staff were very friendly and the shuttle service was prompt. The hotel also provided coffee and seal incense experience coupons. The coffee was delicious! The family restaurant was dog-friendly, which was great! The explanation of seal incense was detailed and patient! It was a great trip. However, the resort itself is quite limited in terms of food, drinks, and shopping options. The evening show was great and well worth seeing!

I booked a quadruple room, but I received a call from the front desk before arriving, saying that it was rainy last night, and the quadruple room was leaking, so it was quite comfortable to upgrade to a loft apartment for a five-person room for free. According to the flying carpet provided, I went to the top of the mountain, the swimming pool, fed the small animals, watched the flowers and watched the sunset. It was a joy. When I went down the mountain, I encountered blacksmithing flowers, and the lights were bright after dinner. Very satisfied.

好玩還不貴，真的太棒了！！！住宿免費玩，雖然有的需要再付費，但是也不貴。人少景美，一直在享受包場的感覺，這種場面對於經常活動在江浙滬的我來説，簡直是奢侈，真是讓人戀戀不忘！
