There is a threshold at the door, and the robot can't get up. It was the handsome guy in the front hall who ran up to send me~ When checking out, Ms. Wang in the front hall was patient and considerate~ The room was clean and hygienic, of moderate size, and I was given an upgrade. The mattress was a mousse one~ (professional habit... I even looked through other people's mattresses...), the breakfast was rich, with everything you need, but I went a little late... some dishes were out 😂 Because I have been working in the hotel industry and I travel frequently on business, I am quite picky about hotels within the reimbursement range. This is one of the hotels I particularly liked that I stayed in recently. The only thing is that it is a little far from the city center, but it is only 1 km away from Zhangjiakou Station... Anyway, I will definitely stay here again next time I come!

You can’t go wrong choosing Atour when you come to Zhangjiakou. The service is very good, with a smile!

設施：今年開業的酒店，基本都是全新的。健身房器械基本全新的。 衞生：很乾凈，沒有異味。家庭房設計合理。 環境：在商業區沒，吃飯，購物都很方便 服務：導航定位因為周邊道路施工，開車不太好找，電話前小邊同學耐心解答，停車位，入住後也熱心介紹設施，好評。早餐種類中規中矩，和其他三線城市假日酒店差不多。特色是燒賣很好吃，餐廳服務人員也非常好。主動幫忙，衞生也很乾凈，好評。攜程上建議酒店位置，停車做詳細説明。

The disposable slippers provided in the room are relatively thick, which is very satisfactory. The slippers in many hotels are too thin and cannot be worn. There are enough bottled water in the guest room, and you can pick it up in the elevator room. It is really very convenient. It is very friendly for big water drinkers. You can pick it up by yourself without bothering the room service to send it. It is suitable for people~ You can also take a bottle to replenish water when you go out. I stayed for two nights and felt very quiet and could sleep well. Every day, the room butler will send yogurt and white fungus soup. If there is any problem, call the front desk and it will be solved as soon as possible. The service is really good! I tried ordering in the room. The beef noodles are delicious, so I ordered it again the next day, haha! The breakfast was not very good. There were many people on holidays but few seats. There were only large tables, no small tables, so everyone had to eat together. The table turnover was slow, so you might have to wait for a seat if you want to go out early~ Overall, I was very satisfied, it exceeded my expectations, and I will stay here again next time I come to Zhangjiakou!

The room facilities are complete, and the service and hygiene are satisfactory. In particular, the room has good sound insulation. Living next to the elevator entrance, you can't hear the sound of people coming and going outside. The hotel is in a convenient location. If I have to find a fault, it is that there are a few exit signs for the underground parking lot. It is recommended to add more and preferably add arrows to point to them. However, the parking lot should not be managed by the hotel. 🧐😛. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

Room was warm and stuffy. Staff did not mention the air conditioner was not in use prior to check in. There werent enough ventilation through the night as there only one small window that could be opened, and there’s an air purifier, which they mentioned could function as a fan but with minimal efficacy. Staff did mention about changing room at night when we informed then it was warm, but we dont think that would make any difference at all. All in all, we suggest they provide a proper electric fan which serves a good alternative to switching off the main air conditioner due to autumn.

The room is cost-effective, clean and tidy, the quilt and pillows are very comfortable, the disposable toiletries are complete, the sound insulation effect of the room is very good, the service from the room lady is warm and thoughtful, this stay experience is particularly good, I will choose it again next time I have the opportunity to come here

The hotel is ideally situated in a prime location, making it easy to reach and navigate. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its stunning beauty and elegant decor. The check-in process was very smooth. They even offer self check-in. After we arrived to our room we received a welcome plate of fruit and yogurt. The room we stayed in was a masterpiece of design, meticulously decorated with a keen eye for detail, and the cleanliness maintained by the staff was impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered an impressive variety of dishes, including both Western and Chinese cuisines. The area surrounding the hotel boasts breathtaking views of the river, adding to the overall charm of our stay. The only thing missing is a swimming pool. The other amenities are very nice.

The sound insulation of the house is not good, you can hear people talking in the corridor. The temperature of the faucet in the bathroom shower cannot be adjusted. Either the water temperature is extremely high and the water flow is large, or the cold water flow is small. I reported the problem to the front desk, and the front desk said it could only be adjusted slowly. It seemed that it was an installation problem, and I couldn't take a shower at all.
