We booked a non-smoking room, but the room smelled of cigarettes. There is no gym and laundry service, unlike what is advertised in the available services on Trip.com. Guests smoke in common areas like the entrance hall, elevator, and hallways.

A bit pricey but ok for non-smokers travelers like us. It would be great if they keep the public areas free of smoke.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. It is very closed to the Zhangye West station. The breakfast buffet was OK, room was clean and spacious, hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed renting a shared bike in front of the hotel and rode it around town. Zhangye is a pedestrians and bicyclists friendly city. The National Wetland Park is worth visiting using a shared bike.

Room stated non smoking in the Trip .com but actually turn out to be smoking room. Misleading advertisement ....be aware for those non smoking customer
