交通方便，地理位置不錯，開車很容易找，離金沙灣觀海長廊1公里多，很近。酒店停車場很大，有地上停車場、地下停車場，下雨暴曬天氣可以將車子停在地下停車場。酒店一樓大廳就可以吃飯喝茶，方便不貴，五樓是自助早餐可以吃飽。環境衞生過得去，標準大床房子不大不小適合家庭2人旅行。就是床墊太高太厚啦，好在空調效果不錯。

客觀的點評
1、客房硬件設施用料是捨得的，但因年久損耗嚴重。
2、房間內發黴味道特別大。（衞生做的還可以，實在懶得換酒店了，但已打定主意衹住一晚，送我都不住了）
3、給我的房間正對門就是廚房，給我看房間時沒告知，一大早被嘈雜聲吵醒，可想而知。
4、早餐沒什麼可吃，還是花錢下樓喝茶吧。
5、前台的談不上接待服務，這裏更貼切的説應該是酒樓捎帶的有客房吧。

挺好的，酒店位置佳，停車位很充足，設施也很可以，是我喜歡的風格。挺乾淨舒適的。
缺點在於靠馬路側，略微有點吵，可以接受。送的早餐比較一般。

每次出差湛江都必住的酒店，出入方便，晚上也不會有其它打擾，很不錯!酒店裝修風格稍微有點老舊了，估計再過幾年可能要重新裝修了!
免費早餐廳在5樓，1樓有早茶。晚餐和中餐的菜品也還不錯，有吃過很多次，價格也還不錯，不貴，平民價格!陽台很大，可以曬衣服，通風也不錯!

設施：客房比較舊，床較一般的高，近馬路，會有點汽車過路聲音，衞生方面還可以，就是地毯有點味道，浴室去水槽去水較慢，送的早餐一般般，但這個價錢來説性價比還算可以的，近市區和金沙灣，樓下是湛江比較有名的大天然酒樓，服務還算可以的
