一進房間有點黴味，門窗打開通風一會兒就對了，房間乾淨衞生很好，晚上睡覺清靜，有電梯，後院有停車場，可免費停車，可停十二三個車子，

衞生：衞生大致看上去沒大問題，但是用來套洗漱的杯子有個破洞容易讓人懷疑
設施：房間有些設施挺一言難盡的，打不開的窗户，然後三個插座在床邊卻沒有小桌子啥的，對於短充電線用户不太友好，床上的插座倒是不錯，不需要吐槽。除此外浴室那個吹風機，真的不如自己風乾實在，有待提高
環境：整體環境乾淨整潔，保潔阿姨很用心。不過房間裏有股味道，我與我的對象都能聞到這股異味，可以考慮放點除臭劑啥的。另外，房頂不知道為啥會掉紅蜘蛛，大半夜起床上廁所親眼看到這玩意落在白衣服上，可以考慮更細緻的除蟲工作
服務：前台服務員能很好很快的及時溝通，服務態度不錯，因此好感不錯
總結:服務態度不錯，部分設施有不合理之處，最好解決下。有微微異味和蟲子問題。雖然衹是一百多一晚上，但是可以更加完善這些問題

酒店的位置挺好找的，滴滴大概15塊錢左右就到了。風景也很美，附近有很多可以拍照的地方，也方便停車

靠近公園，出行方便，走幾步就是赤坎老街，非常熱鬧，每次來赤坎老街都是住這家酒店，真心值得推薦，性比價特別高，相對起附近其他酒店來説停車也方便很多

這是一條真實的評價。我過來湛江考試逢五一假期，住一晚將就一下。
下午6點半到店，進房發現衞生都沒打掃如圖。下樓找前台，讓我去吃飯，要時間收拾一下。
外面吃飯回來發現房間備好了，一看還挺驚喜，有一個安全鎖🔒我自帶的都用不上，滿滿的安全感。
酒店大堂太小跟沒有一樣，房間設施老舊，床頭燈壞了一盞，木地板空縫隙，空調遙控器後蓋也掉了蓋不上，浴室窗沿有老鼠屎。隔音不好，外面的動靜一清二楚。
儘管如此，看得出來其他衞生搞得還是不錯的。
最難受的是，廁所太臭了，那個味道令我終身難忘。廁所門，簾都關上，整個房間也還是那股味道，陪伴了我一個晚上。
前台服務還是可以的，地理位置好，交通便利，景色好外面是寸金公園，在市區近大學近公園超市車站。
酒店公告寫不允許PC行為，本人（女）住宿期間沒有遇到塞**卡片的情況，這個要點贊。
其實住酒店就是一個雙向的選擇，人家沒嫌我窮，我也別挑三揀四。但是那個味道是真的上頭。
