Perfect the guys from the reception were super good from checking in to helping us change the room and help us navigate the area. Rooms big enough, super clean and we got free breakfast for two night. I’d definitely book this hotel next time and it’s close to the scenery I real enjoyed my stay👍👍👍.

Very good location, carpark space was perfect right to the lobby entrance. Rooms were excellent with lake view, it's clean and tidy with sufficient amenities. Breakfast was typical local Chinese style, we're ok but needed some improvement for foreigners and outer province visitors. Overall the city roadworks were perfect, roadsigns were clear and easy to track.

前台的招財貓超級可愛，剛好趕上週年慶活動，房費真的好划算，試了下紫背天葵這個茶飲，還挺好喝的，聽服務員介紹，説是本地特色，還挺解渴！

給10顆星都不為過！！太喜歡這家維也納了！
地理位置很好，對面就是波海湖公園，車子就停酒店門口，辦理入住很快，房間裏面的設施設備都是新的，沒有異味，面積夠大，床上用品也很舒適柔軟，反正孩子説躺着就不想起來了！空調也很給力，房間部分燈光和窗簾是語音控制的，唯一的缺點是靠馬路邊，晚上會吵一些，容易醒的人記得讓前台給另外一邊的房間，但是就看不到湖景～很好，很滿意

最喜歡的是房間光線特別好，超大的落地窗。酒店整體乾淨衞生，服務也好，剛好遇上酒店三週年活動，感覺佈置得還挺喜慶

房間是落地玻璃窗，很明亮，可以看到湖景，雖然對着馬路，但一點也不影響睡眠，隔音效果可以
