環境衞生極好，老闆待人温和，像對親朋好友一樣，今天在店最後一天，因火車點比較晚，老闆邀請一起吃了家常飯，去火車站也是老闆送的，給個大大的贊！最後祝老闆的民宿，茶葉生意都興隆！！

新開的店，停車方便，雖然是民宿，但是裝修有特點，房間裏有語音智能控制，落地床，房間乾淨衞生，老闆服務熱情到位，民宿的價格，酒店的享受！出差，遊玩在這裏住是一個非常不錯的選擇！

環境優雅，房間乾淨整潔，布草也是上等品，窗户是鋼化玻璃隔音窗。停車方便，有洗衣房，房間及樓梯走廊全部有鋪設地毯，整棟樓安靜舒暢。老闆服務態度好，一樓有提供免費茶水小吃，房間價位也比較實惠。下次過來還會來入住！祝老闆生意興隆！！！

這次來昭通考試，第一次入住一家不論環境還是設備設施都完美的民宿，一共開了兩間房都是雙人床，我們倆夫妻帶兩個小孩，住一間，我朋友帶她孩子住一間。孩子特別喜歡這樣的房間，有書可以打發閑暇時光，窗簾還是電動的，老闆很隨和而且很熱情，還給我們準備一大桶亂泉水，最最最主要的就是價格太便宜了，還是雙人床的，我們完全沒想到，一百多的都沒他這個乾淨舒適。很滿意的一次入住體驗，感謝老闆。
