The hotel wifi signal is stable and the Internet speed is fast. There was a small incident in the middle, and the lobby manager solved it in time and arranged to stay in the theater room to experience it. The price/performance ratio was very high, and the service was nothing to say. The management of the old four-star hotel was good, and the room was also cleaned very clean. Checked out at four o'clock in the afternoon. There was no hot water in the room at three o'clock. I couldn't take a shower. I called the front desk customer service and asked if I could wait for the hot water to come and take a shower before checking out. The attitude was very bad. Asked why we didn't take a shower earlier? ?
It doesn’t solve the problem. It says to wash it with cold water. It’s freezing in Zhengzhou in the winter. It’s really nice.
The front desk got angry and hung up the phone. That's awesome.

The facilities are too old, the mattress is a bit creaky, especially the pillows. The 4 pillows in the room are the same height, and it's not comfortable to change any of them. I have a sore neck when I wake up early.

You can wash clothes for free, get free fruit in the room, free one-to-three chargers, coffee pods, and laundry detergent. If you tell the front desk, they will be delivered immediately. When I checked in, I met a group of people, probably a tour group. I told the front desk that they were coming from Ctrip, and they were given priority to check in. They were busy and not chaotic when we checked in. They were well trained and we didn’t have to wait for check-out, which was great👍
