Secondly, the hotel’s service, the hotel reduced the price on the day of check-in, but did not actively inform me when I checked in. I accidentally discovered it when I booked the follow-up, and the price reduction was very large. It was not resolved until I contacted Ctrip, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Secondly, the hotel asked me to show the order to confirm the number of breakfast when I checked in, which is not a big problem in itself. But you kept saying something about system problems in front of the guests. Should this kind of thing be said in front of the guests? In fact, this is nothing, a small problem. But after contacting Ctrip to refund the price difference, I returned to the hotel to get the room card after a while, and the front desk copied and pasted the above operation again.
