This time I stayed at the hotel and felt the unique atmosphere from the moment I stepped into the lobby. The design of the room is modern and comfortable, the bedding is just right, and sleeps peacefully all night. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, equipped with a high-end wash set, and the experience of a smart toilet is a plus. The night view of the city outside the floor-to-ceiling windows is refreshing, especially at night, the lights are shining, as if you are in a bustling picture.

The hotel's location is excellent and incredibly convenient. The entrance to Metro Line 5 is right downstairs, and there are always taxis readily available outside, so you never have to wait long for a ride. Zhengzhou is a big city, and ride-hailing apps are also very affordable here, which made it easy to explore many places during our stay. The hotel staff are exceptionally warm and welcoming, truly making you feel at home. Upon arrival, they immediately offered refreshing cooling drinks. Breakfast is lavish, and they also provide afternoon tea and late-night snacks like fruit and congee. The front desk staff are always responsive to requests and greet you with a smile. This level of care is incredibly important for visitors in an unfamiliar city and truly enhances the overall experience. Considering the affordable price, the service is on par with, if not better than, a five-star hotel. The room decor is very stylish, and our twin room felt spacious enough for three people. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied. I'll definitely stay at Moshang Light Luxury Hotel again if I have the chance, especially since I've already stocked up on vouchers!

The room was spotless and the facilities were comprehensive and well-maintained, with absolutely no unpleasant odors. The air conditioning was very responsive, and there was plenty of hot water for showers. Plus, complimentary water was available for unlimited consumption. They also offered a complimentary late-night supper of plain congee and small side dishes. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

I came to Zhengzhou from out of town for a concert and picked Zhengzhou M Hotel. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by its stunning design. The front desk staff and the helpful guest service associates were all incredibly welcoming, greeting guests with warm smiles. Their service was excellent, striking a perfect balance between attentiveness and making me feel completely at ease. I stayed here for two nights and had a very restful sleep. The bedding in the room was incredibly soft and comfortable, and I really appreciated the well-designed wet/dry separation in the bathroom. What's more, the room was stocked with branded toiletries, all infused with a lovely sandalwood fragrance. I was genuinely surprised and delighted by this hotel, which I chose somewhat randomly. I will definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit Zhengzhou, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to my family and friends!

The breakfast is good, with many varieties, and the transportation is convenient for going out. Just a few steps away is the subway station. The front desk and the aunt are also very friendly and will greet you proactively. You can delay check-out until two o'clock and store your luggage for free. It's good. This was a great hotel to stay in in Zhengzhou. The staff were professional, friendly and always helpful. The room was clean and had everything that we needed, although if it had an iron we would have appreciated it. The extra touches such as complimentary water and WiFi made it very convenient. We had their buffet breakfast on the last day of our stay and that was also pretty good. Lots of variety and not too crowded. The food was fresh and tasty. We will definitely stay there again
