The hotel's location is excellent and incredibly convenient. The entrance to Metro Line 5 is right downstairs, and there are always taxis readily available outside, so you never have to wait long for a ride. Zhengzhou is a big city, and ride-hailing apps are also very affordable here, which made it easy to explore many places during our stay. The hotel staff are exceptionally warm and welcoming, truly making you feel at home. Upon arrival, they immediately offered refreshing cooling drinks. Breakfast is lavish, and they also provide afternoon tea and late-night snacks like fruit and congee. The front desk staff are always responsive to requests and greet you with a smile. This level of care is incredibly important for visitors in an unfamiliar city and truly enhances the overall experience. Considering the affordable price, the service is on par with, if not better than, a five-star hotel. The room decor is very stylish, and our twin room felt spacious enough for three people. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied. I'll definitely stay at Moshang Light Luxury Hotel again if I have the chance, especially since I've already stocked up on vouchers!

The room facilities are very new, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and I slept very comfortably. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the toiletries are of good quality, and the coffee machine in the breakfast buffet area is great! The hotel's decoration style is simple and elegant, the rooms are warmly decorated, and the scenery outside the window is pleasant. The subway station at the door leads directly to the City of David and Erqi Square, making travel and sightseeing very convenient!

The room is spacious and bright, the accommodation is very comfortable, the service quality is very good, they are responsive and proactive in helping guests solve problems and difficulties. I have lived here for a long time. The hotel's service from the lobby to the housekeeping department makes me feel at home, just like at home. I am very satisfied with the overall service of the hotel and I am also very touched. Guests can rest assured to stay here.

The room was absolutely perfect! The service was outstanding – truly exceptional. I'm incredibly satisfied with everything. I actually stayed here once before, after July 20th (when the power was still being restored), and even under those challenging circumstances, the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I was so impressed back then! I was delighted to have the opportunity to stay again this time. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, and there are excellent breakfast options right outside.

Upon arrival the front desk staff was very friendly and the check-in process was smooth and quick ! I even was upgraded 👍 All amenities were provided in the room. Price and service were excellent for this type of hotel. Nothing to complain about and my room was just renovated and so was the floor !

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from Exit B of the Medical College subway station on Line 1. The parking lot is behind the hotel, but the passageway is not very spacious. The bathroom is small; the toilet and sink are too close together, and there's not even a shelf for toiletries. The breakfast was mediocre, with limited variety, not even pickles, requiring constant replenishment by the waitress. Honestly, the prices are really out of line with the Vienna brand. There's also an e-sports hotel in the same building, and a restaurant below, which feels a bit messy.

The room is not big, but it looks simple and clean, which makes people feel at ease. There is a smart housekeeper and electric curtains, but they are not very sensitive. There is laundry detergent in the bathroom, which can be used to wash clothes, which is very considerate. It is very close to the pedestrian street, shopping malls, wholesale markets and other business districts, and shopping is convenient. The breakfast is on the top floor and the taste is OK. It is very comfortable to find such a hotel in the downtown area.

The room is very clean and hygienic, with a stylish decoration style. The room is very quiet. Denis David City is next to the hotel, which is convenient for shopping. Zhengzhou People's Park is downstairs. The hotel is 1.1 kilometers away from Erqi Square, which is about a 10-minute walk away. The buffet breakfast is also good. The hotel is very cost-effective. I will stay here again when I come to Zhengzhou next time.

We took our child to Zhengzhou and booked a tatami room in advance. Upon check-in, the front desk, seeing we had a child, upgraded us to a larger double room for free – the staff were very nice. The hotel is located inside Dehua Pedestrian Street, very close to the subway and Zhengzhou Railway Station. Breakfast is included, although the meals were simple during the Chinese New Year holiday, but it was enough to fill us up since we're not picky eaters. The restaurant was also very clean.

The room was exceptionally clean. The location is also very convenient, being close to both the train station and the pedestrian street. Additionally, there are several hospitals nearby. The hotel provides breakfast, and the robot delivery service is a very convenient feature.
