It was surprisingly a great stay and much better than expected. The room was very nice and we had a beautiful view. The lady who helped us check in was also very nice (sorry, I forgot her name). We will return to this hotel during our next visit in Zhoushan.

The Pullman hotel staff was impressive before we arrived as they called to check on us and whether we would come or not. They were also flexible during this time. The staff was exceptional from the very minute we arrived. We arrived during the July typhoon and although they had barricaded their doors, one staff member was outside and spotted us and quickly alerted the security and assisted us with our luggage. The welcome and check-in: The front desk staff was very pleasant and prompt. They even.provided us with an upgrade for free. They clearly explained any information needed and could easily be asked for assistance to find places and services, and what they are not sure of off the top of their heads, they made checks to confirm the information to give you. The other staff members would greet us (especially my travel partner) with fist bumps(which my partner initiated ) every time we exited or entered the building. They literally made me smile with each interaction. When we notified a kitchen staff about an action from another guest that was unsanitary, the matter was quickly escalated to the manager who had the whole set of food replaced and provided an apology and accepted our recommendation. The Pullman hotel takes great pride in excellent customer service from what I have experienced and I completely appreciate that. The breakfast: The breakfast was pretty good. There are sufficient western option and the kitchen staff even accommodated us to make omelettes which were not on their breakfast menu. The facilities: The rooms were very clean and spacious. The bathroom products smelled great!. The closet came equipped with an iron and an ironing board so you can do it yourself. The view from our room provided city, mountain and sea view. The hotel has a swimming pool( I just wished it opened until about 9p.m. instead), billiards, a restaurant (but we did not have any meals from there), and it is conveniently located across from the sea, so you could stroll along, and it's beside a small garden. It's conveniently located so you can access other restaurants, the main area of the town and a book & coffee shop all within minutes of walking. And the airport is less than 20minutes away. And it's so cool that they have a little robot friend to take your take items from the front desk to you. We liked it so much that we extended our stay by another day. It was perfect and a great recommendation for a memorable vacation. I would stay here again. 💖 😊

Had a lovely time at the Pullman. Booked the executive Queen room with Seaview. It is a very spacious room. Hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Meal options include both western and Chinese. Would definitely return and recommend Pullman hotel, Zhoushan.

An improvised weekend break near the sea. Excellent welcome and complimentary gifts with free onsite parking and fabulous seafront views as the name suggests.

Very nice, new and clean hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Lovely swimming pool and great location besides the sea, night sea food market and a bar street. The nearest beach is 13.5 km away. The hotel doesn't have any territory to walk but there is a huge embankment right in front of it.

The big bed room is actually made up of two beds, which is a bit unacceptable. I am quite satisfied with everything else, especially the little girl at the front desk of the swimming area on the fifth floor, who is sweet and sweet, give her a compliment.

The hotel's epidemic prevention is still relatively good. Because it was from Shanghai, it prepared a nucleic acid report 48 hours in advance. The hotel checked the nucleic acid report, green code, and itinerary code, which is quite reassuring. The front desk has upgraded the executive room with a bonus executive lounge. The room has a side sea view. You can lie on the bed and watch the fireworks at night, but you can't see it in Shanghai. Except that the elevator is a bit noisy in the morning, everything else is good. Breakfast is average, holiday ends at 11, Omelet is too old, but has bak kut teh and seafood noodles not to be missed. When we checked out, Steven asked us about our stay and explained the reason why the Putuo Mountain Temple is not open to the public. We can understand it. After all, it is all for the Buddha. It is also a 10-minute drive to the pier, and it is very convenient to eat around. Bye bye summer

The hotel room has a good view, and the Whaley service at the front desk is very warm and thoughtful, which is great. Room delivery is fast. But the two beds in the hotel are put together to make a big bed, and it is not very comfortable to sleep in. breakfast is also very good

I come to Zhoushan many times a year and have stayed in Sheraton, Greentown Rose Garden, Hampton by Hilton and other hotels. Among them, Pullman feels the most warm! This is the first time I choose Pullman Zhoushan, and the price is more reasonable in the off-season. The hotel has a good location, located in Donggang, overlooking the Zhujiajian Bridge. The room was very clean, the aunty was careful. The front desk service was very enthusiastic, not only actively helped me upgrade to a higher floor, but also invited me to taste the buffet dim sum in the executive lounge. Generally speaking, this trip is very satisfactory, and I will choose Pullman next time I come to Zhoushan. A small suggestion is to install more charging piles in the parking lot. Pullman Pinghu has done a good job.

I went to Putuo Mountain to pray and compared all the five-star hotels in Zhujiajian and Shenjiamen. Finally, I placed an order with Perlman. Taking into account the first surrounding facilities and the convenience of eating, the second is ten minutes away from the pier, and a taxi is about 16 yuan! Even the girlfriends who were traveling together were full of praise. We must not stay at Putuo Mountain in the future! The boy at the check-in front desk was very professional. We arrived before 11:30 and worried that we would be able to check in at 12 o'clock. As a result, the suite was arranged immediately. The big bed room in the circle of friends has not been cleaned. Ask me if I can wait or change it. The family room upgrade to the executive level includes afternoon tea. Of course we can, and you don’t need to ask it to arrange it on the same floor. This little detail is touched again! It's great to enter the suite, and the sea view suite at this price is extremely comfortable! There is also a cloakroom, my husband is full of praise! The 270-degree landscape is invincible! We brought a tent and set it up, and took an extra quilt in a friend’s room. We thought the cleaning staff would say the next day, but when we came back from Putuo, not only was there no one to bother us, but we also made the bed for our tent. Neat and clean! The details are touched again! The afternoon tea is also very good, not the kind of fudge, the cakes and fruits are of various quality, and the key coffee is particularly delicious! No matter in terms of quality, details, service or hardware, the hotel is the most satisfying one I have lived so far. My friend is also a fan of five-star hotels. I just praised my choice. Putuo will definitely burn incense in the future! If the only disadvantage is that the suite is too dry and too hot, because of the direct sunlight, it is recommended to put a humidifier, the room can sleep more comfortably, and the pillow is soft, you can add one to make it harder! We are used to bringing our own pillows, so we can ignore it! All in all, it was perfect. If it weren't for the epidemic in Ningbo, we didn't enjoy the delay and escaped back to Shanghai early!

When we come to Zhoushan, we must stay at Pullman, a hotel I like very much, with good location, good facilities, good service and good dining. Satisfied every time. Moreover, the hotel is right by the sea, and the sunrise can be seen in the room, and the double sunrise can be photographed by the large glass windows🌅

The sea view is really spectacular and it is worth living. The hotel service is almost responsive. Welcome fruits and ice cubes are delivered by robots. It is very fun. The breakfast is very rich. The freshly cooked seafood gnocchi tells me that this is Zhoushan, hahaha. We drove to Mount Putuo by ourselves. The bridge over the sea is the only way we can go to Zhujiajian Wharf, which is very convenient.
