隔音非常不好，能聽到隔壁刷**的聲音，而且臨街位置，吵鬧，內部設備老化嚴重，窗户關不上，被子和床上感覺很潮濕，衞生非常一般，看到了蟑螂，不推薦入住。

還可以吧，主要是離得近，和孩子去洗了個澡，就是沒有電梯，走樓梯就比較費勁，設施都可以正常使用
