酒店位於東江邊上，景美，地理位置沒得説。但是房間內有些刺鼻的味道，建議除除甲醛，這個挺重要的。餐廳服務人員接待能力一般，服務人員不少，但沒有分工，顯得忙亂，需要加強培訓。早餐還算不錯的。

是第一次到湖南郴州，原先不是租這酒店，因某一原因，很晚才搬進去這酒店，入住這家酒店非常驚喜，令本身不愉快的旅程變好了，酒店很乾淨，新，設施亦齊全，房間是向江景，有大露台，晚上及早上看出去的景色很不同，非常怡人。早餐亦十分豐富，坐位亦十分舒適，一邊吃早餐，一邊欣賞東江的霧景，是一處能放鬆的好地方。值得推薦。健身房設施很齊全，很新及專業。
搬到這家酒店的原因：原先訂的是一家名為（漫居、樹隱秘境民宿）在TRIP.COM看到的照片（照騙）非常吸引，所以在網上訂了房，去到所見，當天應該只有我們租用，房東帶我們到房間，沿途所見設施像難民營，房間是像剛剛裝修完，全是油漆味，所謂大圓床，更是細得可憐，最多只能供一人睡，當時要求房東換房，房東換了一間雙人床房，感覺應該可以，由於有差價，所以要求房東退差價，期間亦試沖涼熱水供應，開了熱水十分鐘亦沒有熱水，問房東，他說有熱水的，一心以為熱水爐煲水未有熱水供應，就出去食晚飯，晚飯後再問房東，他說是有熱水，但開水試了十分鐘，水依然是凍的，問房東，他才說是熱水泵壞了，供不了熱水，叫我們到洗衣房沖，心情跌到谷底，要求房東退租走人，最後訂到這泊漫酒店，心情才好返。講真的，設施不能用就不要租房間出去，要客人辛苦，一間標示五星的民宿，宣傳照就一流，實景就九流，希望trip.com方面亦能監測一下，以免進入照片陷阱。

酒店位置很好，去小東江很近4-5分鐘的車程，早上7點出發去小東江，遊玩結束回酒店還能趕上吃了個早餐，房間很乾凈整潔，最欣賞就是180的大露台，望江邊上很美晚上在露台上喝個小酒吃個東西，嘮嗑一下，很喜歡！
