We had a brilliant experience at Rinderberg Swiss Alpine Lodge. The setting is spectacular and the facilities were excellent. We had a beautiful room over looking the slopes with a lovely bath and balcony. The staff were so attentive and friendly, we couldn't fault their service. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

The room is spacious and the balcony has a wonderful view, but the best thing we enjoyed about the property was the wellness spa with saunas, hot tubs and resting areas. It was so quiet and peaceful especially on a rainy day - the highlight of our trip!

Don't be discouraged by the narrow, single-lane road to get up to the lodge. Everything was great, from the location, the rooms, the service and the amenities. Two Saunas, two hot tubes (wood fired!), plenty of towels and fantastic views. Not to mention the cowbell sonatas. Food and service in the restaurant was adequate, as well a the buffet breakfast. I'd recommend this to friends who wish to have an out-of-the-way site when touring the Berner Oberland.

This place was wonderful other than the gondola. We had plans to take our travel pass and train over to several cities to visit while using Rinderburg Hotel as the homebase…..this unfortunately caused a lot of issues because I was not aware that the gondala would not start until 9am, and shuts down at 4:30. So if we left early in the morning, we HAD to walk down….which is not terrible, but IF you missed the 4:30 pm close time….that is a 2+ hr walk UPHILL, as there were very few taxis that would take you up. The restaurant food was ok, but very expensive (as was many things in Switzerland). Overall, the location and views are absolutely stunning! The gondala situation (which costs Cf4 per person with travel pass).

A lovely, rustic but luxurious place to spend a few night. We had a charming room with comfortable beds. The front desk were welcoming and helpful. The spa is gorgeous - just wish it were open later. Breakfast could use some fresh fruit.

Magnifique endroit directement sur les pistes malheureusement fermées en fin de saison. Ambiance chalet modernisé. Très jolie décoration avec mélange de béton et de bois. Chambres très confortables Spa très agréable avec des bains filandais dont un à l extérieur est malheureusement trop chaud. Très V Bons saunas avec vue sur la montagne. Le restaurant est excellent et l’accueil du personnel un we de fin de saison très bienveillant. À recommander les yeux fermés

Pas de commentaire, car service médiocre aucun soutien et ne répondent pas au téléphone. Nous avons été déçu car certainement que l’endroit est sympa mais nous avons était lâché et nous nous retrouver sans établissement pour dormir. Le service il n’y en pas.

Bonjour, Avant de réserver la chambre, nous avons essayé de vous appeler pour savoir si nous pouvions monter à l’hôtel en voiture. La personne qui a répondu parlait Anglais et nous a raccroché au nez. Nous avons quand même réservé une chambre par le biais de Booking et nous avons essayé de vous joindre 17 fois mais sans succès, c’est lamentable. Nous n’avons pas pu monter à l’hôtel car en voiture on est arrivé jusqu’au restaurant Fang et là on nous a dit qu’il fallait soit monter à pied pour 20 minutes de marche ou prendre la télécabine du Rinderberg jusqu’à la station intermédiaire mais nous sommes arrivés trop tard et la télécabine était déjà fermée. Donc on se trouve sans endroit où dormir. C’est inadmissible de votre part que cela ne soit indiqué ni sur votre site ni sur Booking comment y accéder. Et nous trouvons inadmissible que la personne qui répond au téléphone ne parle que l’anglais alors que l’on est en Suisse!!! La note est bien entendu de 0
