Des meubles dans un état très moyen. Une insonorisation déplorable où on entendait même les ébats amoureux d'une chambre voisine et les talons de chaussures d'une chambre du dessus. Et pour finir nous avons été témoin d'une grosse scène de ménage à l'accueil de l'hôtel sans aucune intervention d'un membre de la sécurité de l'hôtel. Indigne d'un 5 étoiles malgré un cadre magnifique...

Je remercie le gérant de l’hôtel car j’ai eu un soucis au niveau de mes réservations et celui ci a été hyper compréhensif et à gérer le problème avec succès ! Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir et très belle chambre pour le Best Western celui de Ruisbroek il me semble n’est pas du tout ressemblant à celui ci. Merci pour l’accueil et ma solution trouver. À très bientôt ☺️
