By far, my favorite hostel that I stayed in during my 5 weeks traveling through Europe. Even though there were a lot of people in the room, it was still very quiet, clean, and I hardly ran into anyone. The capsule feel was amazing and I felt safe. The bathrooms were clean, good locker storage space in the hallway and storage space in the room (unsecure). Would stay there again if I'm ever back in Lucerne
Was a very good experience for both me and my wife. The location is very close to the station. If anyone is coming from the station and taking a taxi, make sure to take an uber as normal taxis are double the price. Check-in process is very smooth, and the staff are excellent. Not sure about his name but he guy at the reception was so very kind and helpful and gave so many great tips on what to do, where to go, etc etc.. make sure to buy your pilatus tickets from the hotel as you get a 10% discount, which you would not get if you buy direct or through other apps.
Rooms were clean, bed was nice and cosy, and they had some sort of a fan which was good enough for the hot weather.
Overall, if we come back to Lucerne, we will stay here for sure.
I booked a deluxe suite with an open kitchen including electrical stove, small refrigerator, dishwasher which were the reason I booked it. We cooked every dinner during our 5 nights stay. The living is very spacious in comparison to the suite I booked in Zermatt and Grindelwald. My suite is in top floor had a decent bedroom, living roon, kitchen and bathroom. The is new renovated and in modern plus simple design. I loved it and highly recommend to the family want to cook. The breakfast was good but not many choices and changes. This hotel doesn't have any pool or gym. However, it just 2 minutes walking from Luzern train station and bus stops. Coops and shopping malls are nearby. Everything is convenient there. City walk to the landmarks and pier for Luzern lake cruise are all walking distance. The only downside is the noise from the roof top's bar during midnight. But I didn't complain as I were too tired after a long day outing.
There was no electric kettle in the room, and after I replied to their questionnaire in the email, they immediately delivered one to my room the next day. I did not know how to operate the coffee machine. The service man also came to show us how. The safe battery was low, and the safe gave out a beeping sound and blinking light. I informed the reception that night and the service man came the next day to fix it.
Awesome hotel! There is a lake view outside the window. The hotel has its own lawn where you can lie down and enjoy the lake view and sauna. The hotel staff are very friendly and helped us with the reservation. There is a No. 24 bus at the hotel entrance that goes directly to the train station entrance. There is a bus every 10 minutes, and the transportation is very convenient (the hotel provides free bus tickets). Highly recommended!
The room was very clean and comfortable. It also had a balcony and looked out onto the golf course. It was a larger room than the one I stayed in. The hotel's security was also very good and the service was even better.
I really love this hotel! The front desk staff are extremely welcoming. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and super comfortable. The hotel facilities are highly user-friendly—absolutely fantastic!
The hotel is located on Lucerne Mountain, about ten minutes drive from the city, relatively quiet, the room can see the mountain view, the air is better. The hotel has air conditioning but the space is small. Compared with other hotels I booked in Switzerland, this one is a bit useless, 1500 a night is not cost-effective
The location is very remote, it is recommended to drive by car, the scenery is very good, the hotel’s swimming pool is also very nice, suitable for taking pictures but do not allow mobile phones to go in, I don’t know if no one can secretly take pictures when the door is opened in the morning hahaha, the hotel has nothing to eat , It’s best to bring something up from the mountain. There is a small supermarket next to the hotel to buy food. There is also a ski resort behind the hotel. The lift tickets do not need to be purchased in advance. When buying tickets on the spot, remember to tell them that you are going to stay in the store. discount

SStellaThe rooms are simple but clean. Location is good, walking distance to many key places like train station, piers, old town, etc. Though we didn't book our rooms with breakfast, we could help ourselves with the coffee and/or tea provided in the restaurant.
JJinjideKxianshengRadisson Blu Hotel Lucerne is about 6 minutes' walk from Lucerne Train Station, which is very convenient for travel. The surrounding environment is very quiet.
The room hygiene is really good.
Tip: Slippers and toothbrushes are not provided. Chinese tourists will bring their own when they come to Europe.
The breakfast is quite satisfactory. There are many guests from tour groups in this hotel. It is better to eat breakfast early. Hahaha.
PPENGThe pictures are all views from the window. See the beautiful scenery of Lake Lucerne. Because it is this, we evaluate 5 stars. The hotel is 4 stars in size and has the same facilities as the domestic express hotel. The room is quite large in Switzerland. The balcony is very nice to see the lake. It takes 8 or 9 minutes to get to the lake. There are more places to eat around, and the bus is still close. Go to the hotel to take the little cable car. The breakfast variety is too small, 30 Swiss francs a person, it is really cheaper, it is the simplest breakfast in the entire Swiss itinerary. The breakfast restaurant can see the lake, it is still good. The overall layout of the hotel is very good, people like it very much, the hotel service is also very good. Specifically, the hotel has a shuttle bus, saying that it can only be sent to the bus station from the hotel, and then take the bus to the train station. The driver actually sent us directly to the train station that day, touching. Lucerne is not big, the hotel location is OK, and it is convenient to go anywhere.
TtasyThe check-in process was really difficult. We arrived at the hotel around 9 PM. The self check-in machine couldn’t find our booking. We called for help and talked on the phone for a long time, but still couldn’t check in. Luckily (and unluckily), some other guests arrived and had the same problem. Because there were more of us, finally a male staff member agreed to come and check the machine.
This staff member kept saying it was our fault – that we entered our name wrong, or that we mixed up the first name and last name. He insisted the machine had worked fine for six months and couldn’t be broken. We tried different combinations of our names many times, but nothing worked. He tried too – and when it still didn’t work, he finally admitted the machine was the problem. Around 11:30 PM, we finally entered the rooms.
The next day, after we explained everything, the very friendly and polite ladies at the front desk kindly gave us a 10% discount. Most things about the hotel were great, and the front desk ladies were super helpful. We fully understand that technical problems happen sometimes, and waiting 2.5 hours to check in was also okay for us. We doNOT blame anyone or anything for that. But what we couldn’t understand was how the staff member insisted it was our fault and how he did NOT believe anything we said, and his attitude was a bit rude when we tried to explain that it wasn’t our fault.
HH JainThe room shown in pictures didn’t match what was offered on site. Very misleading. Took an hour of to and fro to be allocated a different room. The travel voucher never arrived by email, spent $$ on travel first day (shouldn’t have to) and got a travel voucher later after escalating to customer service. Breakfast was fine.
It’s a nice property but a few niggles as above. Must show correct pictures for rooms on advert.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Cascada Hotel for 5 days and 4 nights, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is conveniently located very near the train station, just a 5-7 minute walk away, making it an ideal choice for travelers looking to avoid the hustle and bustle of the city center.
The service at the hotel was exceptional. The staff were incredibly helpful, even lending me an adaptor for my phone charger when I needed one. The amenities were also impressive, with complimentary use of the hotel minibar, including tea, water, coke, iced tea, and more—something most hotels do not offer.
The hotel is surrounded by a variety of shops and restaurants, adding to the convenience of the location. There's also an on-site restaurant known for its Spanish menu, which is definitely worth a visit.
My room was kept clean every day, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time at the Cascada Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great service, excellent amenities, and a peaceful yet convenient location.
GGuest UserRom and bathroom were smaller than expectation but cosy with comfortable and clean ambiance. Staff are exceptionally friendly can welcoming. Breakfast was delicious with reasonable price. Great location to public transport and supermarket.
However, they should waive charges for early storage of luggage for in-house guests. They charged me Euro3.00 per piece of luggage!

JJazz998The location of the hotel is very good, very close to Lucerne train station. The interior environment is clean, bright and tidy, and there are many guests, which proves that the hotel has a good reputation. As a tourist, I am generally satisfied with my stay!
