NIce modern and comfort hotel with a nice view on night Donau. Best place where I could stay after concert in close Bruckner house.

After arriving at the hotel, we paid to upgrade to a river view room. The front desk lady was very nice and gave us several room cards for us to choose a room. We also went to see the super comfortable double room we originally chose. To be honest, it didn't look very comfortable and was quite cramped. The upgraded corner window was so worth it. In addition, room 401 should have been newly renovated. The cabinet smelled like wood. If you mind, be careful to choose this room.

The hotel’s reception is just on the right after coming out from the boat station. The staff can speak really good english and our luggage was allowed to be keep for free before check in time which is really helpful for us to stroll around before check in time. There are 3 buildings of the hotel in Hallstatt which can be accessed by walking, unfortunately our room is not the main building which we need to walk around5-10mins. But the staff helped us to carry our heavy luggage to our room during check in and check out which is really great and I appreciate their service. The breakfast is also really tasty with assorted food! Overall a nice hotel if you’re planning to stay in Hallstatt!

Nice staffs and easy checkin and out.Great location and they got a spacious parking lot. They got the self serviced laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Great choice for road trip travelers or backpackers. But our room needs more cleaning, there are still dust and others’ hair when we get in the room.

Our group traveled very smoothly. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning. The old man at the front desk was very enthusiastic. After helping to find it, he checked in for us early. One of Steyr's top hotels, great breakfast! Wonderful courtyard in Steyr city center! Close to all the sights and in walking distance to main train station.
