I had a comfortable stay in a clean room. They were very accommodating to my early arrival. There were plenty of restaurants and supermarkets just two bus stops away, so it was a very convenient stay.

We've now stayed here for the third time. For over three years, neither the bar nor the rather pleasant dining room has been open. Anyone expecting these amenities will currently be disappointed. The front desk is staffed by constantly changing individuals who don't appear to be hotel employees. Since this year, guests are asked via signs at breakfast to clear their own tables. All of this points to a significant staffing issue. The service is okay, but not the friendliest. I highly doubt anyone working here has any formal hospitality training. We are now aware of these circumstances. For us, it offers space, seating, a private bathroom, and a bowling alley if you want one. It's clean and quite affordable. The breakfast buffet is quite good. Furthermore, it offers special rooms for families, which we also liked. The location is suburban, which suits us. It seems to attract many travelers passing through, as it's not far from the highway, yet it's very quietly situated.

Conveniently located within a 10-minute bus ride from the station. Amenities were plentiful, including hand soap, body soap (for hair, face, and body), three types of towels, and a bottle of carbonated water. A hair dryer is also provided, so you can reduce the amount of luggage you need to bring. You can check in yourself using a tablet, but if you booked through Trip.com, you can tell the staff. Once you have activated your key card and arrive at your room, be careful not to turn on the lights unless you insert the key card into the switch right after entering the room. It is fully air-conditioned, so it is also good to go in the summer. There is also Zeppelin-related decorations, which will excite anyone visiting Lake Constance.

The boss wife is very enthusiastic, help to call the car to store luggage, very grateful!

We were there for the second time and would love to come back. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Another tip for saving money: There is a Norma supermarket nearby where you can buy snacks/drinks before you head off to Europa-Park.😉

It's a great apartment, well equipped and well organized, the only thing missing is air conditioning.

Great place to Stay. Only challenge was the location. Especially, if you do not travel by a car, it could be challenging walking a steep long way. It is still good workout though. Loved that pool time, the staffs were very helpful and friendly. Food was good and room was beautiful. What a view!

The location right next to the train paths is good near the station and that's too bad because there's noise of trains and it's not a very nice area we say. The 21m2 studio was very well equipped with a very complete small kitchen (even a small washing machine), bed, table and bathroom. For what it is, the price is quite high but it was impossible to get that type of accommodation in the Heidelberg environment at those dates and what was available was even more expensive so it has well covered our needs during both week that we had unfortunately needed a place to stay with my university son before we could occupy his shared apartment with students. Autonomous entrance and exit, cleaning once a week, pay-per-home washing machines, supermarkets in the surrounding area.
