Facilities: The room was a bit cold. The central air conditioning wasn't working well. The hotel provided a heater, but it was still chilly! Cleanliness: Not good. Ambiance: It's not far from the airport, which was convenient for an early morning flight. Service: The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I stayed here for two weeks，breakfast，brunch and dinner are all good，and every one is nice &friendly here！ I will be back in Summer time！

The hotel is quite nice, neat and tidy. The service in the front desk are also great, overall i had a pleasant stay here. It’s just the location of the hotel is rather / could be quite misleading, got us thinking it is actually next to T5, but in fact at least 20 mins bus rideeeee hahaah!

the service from staff was excellent. facilities great. we had breakfast verry good. food on site a bit expensive i thought we got takeaways' think les is moor. Chips £5.50 10ins pizza £14.95 personally i think a little steep. beers £7.50 could be about £5.90 just my opinion. And food chips could be about £3.50 and pizza about £9.50. i think moor people would eat in instead off ordering food to be delivered. yours the rhodes family.

The location was good, right at the services. However, upon arrival at the reception and whilespeakingto the receptionists, the reception area stinked of sweat. But the receptionists were friendly. The bath had marks on it like it hasn't been washed. There was no shower gel. Parking was £5

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton St. Anne’s Manor and was impressed by its charm and setting. The hotel is nestled in a peaceful, green environment, making it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, yet it feels wonderfully secluded. The property is well-maintained and spotlessly clean, with outstanding service from the staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Facilities are top-notch, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. The only drawback was that a few rooms, including mine, did not have air conditioning, which could be uncomfortable during warmer days. However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall experience. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing stay surrounded by greenery, with great service and amenities, this hotel is an excellent choice.

Everything is just perfect and up to our expectation! Convenient location next to the train station, clean room & fitness room, helpful staffs whom always wear smiles, tasty breakfast! Recommended!

The room wasn't huge, but the location in Reading is absolutely central! Turn left out of the hotel and walk straight for three minutes to reach the train station. Downstairs, you'll find convenience stores, a shopping center, cafes, and bars right on your doorstep. There are also Chinese, Korean, and Japanese supermarkets, Japanese restaurants, Vietnamese pho, Chinese, and Western restaurants – everything you could want! Plus, you can tap your card for 24-hour unlimited bus travel, which saved a lot of time and effort! Really loved it, thank you!

The hotel is very very very remote. It is estimated that there is no more remoteness in the place of slough. There are no street lights outside at night, and it is close to the main road. It is dangerous to walk out. The clerk service is very welcoming, and there will be a lot of help. Room facilities are general and the lighting is dark. The breakfast was very good, there were not many cold meals for the buffet, but there was a free hot meal and it tasted good.

Kettle was full of dust. No soap or handwash provided and when requested was not supplied. also dead flies all around dining area windows and chairs. Our room above dining area with bay window was constantly noisey with doors opening & shutting and items moved in and out. Even at front door corridor door constantly noisey with door opening/shutting leading to other rooms with other people entering and exiting to downstairs facilities and reception. Dining staff were pleasant and breakfast was nice.
