Quite a good selection on amenities, especially if you like taking baths (different kinds of bath salts) Many choices on the types of pillows you want, and the room was much bigger than I thought, with a very good view... and I liked the balcony. They also have many snacks to choose from at the lounge to welcome the guests. Very convenient location too. Staff were very friendly and helpful

家族で長期宿泊しました。ラブホテル感はなくフロントに設置のドリンクバー利用時に同じく家族で観光の宿泊者が見受けられ近隣のお食事処やコインランドリーの案内も掲示されていました。 電子レンジや冷蔵庫と大型テレビそしてマッサージチェアにテレビ付きのジャグジー風呂に大きなベッドの他に大人が1人寝れるソファーが2台あり清潔で静かかで従業員さんも親切に対応してくれて気持ち良く過ごせました。 アメニティも流石の充実でした。 近隣のホテルでは連泊して宿泊がとれる所が無く悩みましたがお値段以上の価値がありました！

It's some way away from the station. The service staff at the counter are very good. Although it is relatively old, the software and other hardware equipment can keep up. There is a washing machine and microwave, and it is better than the drinks.

This was my second stay. Overall, it was clean and the service was excellent. The hot springs were very relaxing and I enjoyed them. I would like to stay again.

There were no amenities in the bath. It would have been nice if there had been an explanation at the front desk. Perhaps I would have understood if I had read the explanation in the hotel more carefully. It was disappointing that the shower at Honshoyu (Suikyo) stopped working immediately. The shower at (Koukakushi) was fine. The hotel and rooms were clean and the spacious space was decorated with art which was very soothing.

--- Ich habe eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht und war sehr zufrieden. Es ist leicht zu finden, was den Aufenthalt unkompliziert macht. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos – dank des Online-Check-in-Systems ging alles schnell und problemlos. Das Zimmer war klein, aber sauber und für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend. Die Lage ist gut, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich es nicht empfehlen, aber für ein oder zwei Nächte ist es eine gute Wahl. Zudem wird hier Englisch gesprochen, was die Kommunikation erleichtert.

I stayed here in February 2025 for a pilgrimage to Ise Shrine. The red bridge and the landscape can be seen beautifully from the elevator hall on the upper floors of the hotel, making it a great location. Even though the hotel was renovated, it still had the same lively feel. The lounge is open all day and doesn't close at certain times, which is nice. The hot spring had a lot of water and was very comfortable. Perhaps it was for busy times, but the old-looking tables in front of the restaurant felt different. As for dinner and breakfast, the number of dishes was smaller than other Mercure hotels, perhaps due to the size of the restaurant, and some of the things I was looking forward to were missing, which was disappointing. The Matsusaka beef stew for dinner was disappointing, as I wanted to ask when the croissant was baked in the morning, but I gave up after one bite. It seems that there are many tourist buses, so I felt that the bath depends on the timing. The hotel is in a tourist area, so it's more of a one-time experience than a repeat visitor.

The hotel is very nice and the room is very clean. The staff was friendly but didn't speak English. However, they have a small translation machine, so communication was manageable. The location is great, with many restaurants nearby and a convenience store just a few meters away. I will definitely stay there again.
