GGuest UserThis guesthouse is a little bit away from the main scenic area, but it's still part of the overall attraction. The environment is absolutely fantastic—clean, tidy, and well-equipped. Because it's slightly removed from the central area, it's surprisingly quiet, even though earplugs are provided in the rooms.
We had three people staying, but the breakfast was only set for two. They wanted an additional 98 RMB to add a breakfast for our child, which felt a bit stingy, especially since the breakfast quality, to be honest, wasn't worth 98 RMB.
The hotel provides a special branded mineral water unique to the scenic area, called Wangxian Valley. It tastes pleasantly sweet, but unfortunately, you can't buy it anywhere else.
One area that could use improvement is the electric cart service for luggage. I hope they can increase the frequency of rides or speed up the pick-up/drop-off service.

GGuest UserThis was by far the best part of our trip to China, this village was incredibly beautiful, we found ourselves snapping so many photos, it really was picture perfect everywhere you looked. Just to stay within the scenic area, was nice to wander around in the morning without the crowds. Sadly, because of all the rain we couldn't do the rafting which we were looking forward to. Only negative was the pool was a long way from the room, was quite a hike to get there and back. We splashed out on this one as it was quite expensive compared to everywhere else we stayed in China but was very worth it. Many thanks to Thomas who helped us with travel arrangements, one of the few hotel staff we found in China who spoke english.

GGuest UserI opted for one of their newly opened rooms for this stay. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring I slept soundly right until dawn. What I particularly loved was the Huipai architectural style, with its classic white walls, dark tiled roofs, and charmingly arranged courtyards. The subtle aroma of tea permeated the air, instantly putting me at ease.

WWHUThis is our third week travelling through China. Our stay at Wuli Shanshui Wenquan Dujia Jiudian. Mentioning the full name of this hotel pretty much gives you a full description of what you will likely experience. A lot of good value for money!
The hotel is situated at the bank of a river and behind the river you will see beautiful forested hills. Early in the morning and late in the afternoon you will hear the birds singing.
Your stay in this hotel comes with free entrance tickets to the hotpools, each with its own theme. You have the Danggui, the Red Wine, the Green Oasis, the Milk and Red Vinegar pools. We spent about 10 minutes in each of them. Relax, take time to have the body adjust to the temperature. I sat on the side with only my legs and hands under water. Later I let my body slide into the water fully. That night I slept like a baby and this morning I had a smooth soft skin, like a baby 😁
The rooms are fully equipped with all necessities and the reception was very helpful. We got a fruit basket as a welcoming gift.
Unfortunately there was no restaurant service but the reception helped us to order in lunch and dinner from a nearby restaurant. All we had to do was to pick from the menu and send the order to the reception via Wechat. For a modest fee our lunch, dinner and cold beers were delivered to our room 👍
The breakfast buffet offered great variety with fresh Ginseng fruit and mini tomatoes.
We liked it here so much that we booked a second night.
There is so much to explore in the neighbourhood with the beautiful old villages of Likeng and Wangkou nearby.

GGuest UserThis guesthouse is nestled halfway up Wangxian Valley, surrounded by rolling green hills, with a gentle stream flowing by the entrance. The air is filled with the fresh scent of the forest, indicating a superb natural environment. The rooms feature panoramic windows, offering excellent natural light and ventilation. The entire house is meticulously cleaned daily, and the bathrooms have separate wet and dry areas. The bedding is soft and clean, and all kinds of amenities are provided.
Big thanks to our housekeeper, Huanhuan! 👍👍👍👍 Huanhuan is very knowledgeable about the scenic area's day and night views. She helped us plan a relaxed itinerary based on the daily crowd and weather, and sent useful tips for parking and park entry in advance. She even shared recommendations for affordable local farm-to-table restaurants that locals frequent. Her service was thoughtful and discreet, never intruding on our rest, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the unique tranquil and healing atmosphere of the valley.

SShiluolitadetayaWe brought our kids to Jingdezhen and chose to stay here because Sanbao Village is quite popular lately. The hotel is located in the middle of Sanbao Village, making it convenient to get around. It's a large hotel with clearly defined areas, including a tea room, reading area, and fitness center. The room itself had kids' slippers, a footstool, and children's toothbrushes. In the summer, you can enjoy the pool. The hotel also offers a free pottery experience, and the instructor was very patient, which made our kids really happy. The workshop environment was clean too. Overall, we were very satisfied.

DDm.sgI stayed at Tea Sage Luxury Wilderness Villa, Wunuzhou Resort ([婺女洲度假区茶圣·奢野别墅]) during the last week of March, which was an off-peak period. It turned out to be a great time to visit because the crowds were manageable and the park did not feel too overwhelming.
I would recommend checking in on a Friday or Saturday, as there are usually fireworks on those nights. It is best to confirm the schedule on the resort website before booking.
One of the best parts of staying here is that the hotel booking includes free entrance to the theme park, which offers very good value. There are many things to see and do inside the park, so it is worth planning enough time to explore.
I stayed in the Detached Duplex with Slide Suite. The room was very spacious and clean, and the slide added a fun touch. The villa is also very close to 抱玉塔, where the main performances and fireworks take place. However, this room type does not have a view of the fireworks or shows. Some other room types do offer those views, so it is worth asking the hotel staff at check-in if they can assign you a room with a better view.
The hotel breakfast was decent, with a typical Chinese hotel buffet selection.
My suggestion is to spend the first day focusing on the night shows and performances. On the second day after check-out, you can leave your luggage with the hotel and continue enjoying the theme park, including the games and NPC interactions, before heading to your next destination.

GGuest UserThe scenery at Mount Sanqing is stunning. This Hilton is located in Wuaishuangxi, which makes getting to the cable car very convenient. The hotel itself has a charming, classic feel, and the rooms are spacious. I stayed in a room with a balcony and the view was fantastic. There were large vats and bamboo poles all over the hotel – perhaps symbolizing continuous growth and prosperity? [chuckle][chuckle] It's made up of two buildings connected by an underground corridor, and parking is easy. The restaurant's lunch was also quite good. Overall, the service quality was excellent; some staff enthusiastically shared travel routes, and others helped with luggage. I'd definitely come back for a second visit.

GGuest UserOur stay at Xixin Courtyard was absolutely perfect! The hotel is located right inside the Gexian Village scenic area, which is an unbeatable location. You can step right out and explore the old streets and beautiful scenery without having to constantly re-enter the park, making it especially convenient when traveling with kids. The room featured large floor-to-ceiling windows, and opening them offered direct views of the scenic mountains, water, and ancient architecture. In the mornings and evenings, the area was often shrouded in mist, creating a truly magical atmosphere. We loved sitting by the window and enjoying the仙村 (Xiancun, roughly 'Immortal Village') landscape.
The hotel also offered handicraft experiences, and the staff were incredibly patient. They guided the children through the steps of making crafts, being gentle and meticulous throughout, and very accommodating towards the little ones. The finished products could even be taken home as souvenirs – a lovely touch. The room was spotlessly clean, and the overall environment was serene and quiet. It was great to be able to pop back to the room for a rest whenever we got tired from exploring, saving us the hassle of a long commute. This place is perfect for both family trips and relaxing getaways. We'll definitely choose Xixin Courtyard again on our next visit to Gexian Village, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning to stay within the scenic area.

The lobby is spacious and bright, and the staff are professional and patient, though they could smile a little more. The rooms are also very large and comfortable to stay in, and the hygiene is good. The facilities and equipment seem relatively new, probably because the hotel hasn't been open for long. Parking is very convenient with plenty of spaces; there are no parking fee barriers, you just drive straight into the hotel's parking lot.
