Hotels With Wifi in Nagano Prefecture, Japan

I changed rooms because my first room smelled strongly like someone's body odor, but the second room also smelled, just less. So I didn't bother to change again. I've never had this issue elsewhere in Japan and I've stayed at a lot of different hotels in Japan, weird... Breakfast has varieties but tasted so so... I was woken up once by people talking in the hallway. Door sound proof isn't great. So if you're a light sleeper, maybe use ear plugs. Good service and amenities otherwise.

Tokyu Rei hotel is conveniently located right across the street from Nagano station. The rooms are of a good enough size for a short stay for a couple, single, or family with young kids. The beds are comfortable and the room clean. If staying a night or two to experience the Snow Monkey Park and the city of Nagano and it's surroundings, it's a good option. It's within walking distance of Zenjiko shrine, which is large and free to enter. The station is right across the street and offers many restaurants and a grocery store. For convenience, it's a good option.

The hotel is nice, from the station about 10 minutes walk almost in a straight line, wake up. The room was originally wrong, it was reserved for smokers, even though we don't smoke, the room was given the appropriate one, the smell in it was just not very good, like for those who don't smoke at all, it started already on the floor.But the staff, fortunately, were able to find us a replacement for a non-smoking room, yes, less, yes one big bed instead of two, but with stunning mountain views and a coffee machine. The hotel is very close to the station, with a 7/11 downstairs. The area is lively, a hub for restaurants and malls, yet surprisingly quiet – a peaceful oasis amidst the bustle. The room size is generous for a Japanese hotel, and the facilities are modern and well-maintained. On the 11th floor, there's an open-air onsen with complimentary Yakult and cold drinks, and free ramen is offered in the evenings. I had a very satisfying stay and highly recommend it.

It's a great time to spend a night in this hotel. A little bit far from nagano station (15min walk) 800m - 1km. But it trades off with the price. Price is much cheaper than the one in 200-300m distance from Nagano Station. We even got a massage chair in our room and it's quite big. The room is a double bed room and we slept well. We planned to stay for 2 nights but we reserved a terrible hotel (Livemax hotel) with twice of the price in Chisun.

I used this hotel just for a shower and sleep after a dinner party near the station. It's an older hotel, but I found it to be clean. The front desk staff's professionalism and reassuring demeanor were perfect. The complimentary cleansing oil, lotion, milk, and toothbrush were much appreciated.

Thank you for the thoughtful service. The hotel is a bit far from Nagano Station, so I used the shuttle bus. The driver was also very polite and made the ride pleasant. If I have the chance to visit Nagano again, I'd like to stay here. *A special thank you to all the staff at the breakfast buffet.

A good hotel close to Nagano Station, though it's still about a 10-minute walk. They offer a buffet breakfast and even room cleaning (despite what was stated during booking about no cleaning for stays under 3 nights). Essential amenities are provided, including a hairdryer, kettle, mugs, toothbrushes, and so on. Downside #1: It gets cold inside during winter, so you have to turn on the air conditioning for heating. Downside #2: The outlets don't charge European laptops, even with an adapter. Downside #3: The Wi-Fi periodically disconnected.

Perfectly located at Nagano station - connected by walkway bridge with Don Quijote just a few steps away. The staff at front desk were fantastic, always smiling and proactive too! The room is a littler dated but more than comfortable for the night. Amenities at lobby were good enough to get by too, PJs provided at each room floor. Good stopover if you are going for a day trip to the Snow Monkey Park.

I thought it was conveniently located near Zenkoji Temple. I was very grateful that there was a microwave in the lobby. Although the price was low, all the necessary amenities were properly installed, which was very helpful.
