The hotel was quite busy with people constantly coming and going. My room had an interior window, so there wasn't any fresh air, but it was quiet. Overall, it was okay, and its downtown location made it convenient for getting anywhere.

Very nice hotel and experience. Nice breakfast buffet. Parking outside but needs to be paid for.

Great location near the train station. Room was excellent with amenities like refrigerator and service was adequate. Complimentary breakfast in a lovely restaurant and lobby was pleasant too.

Pro Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, very high standard service by the staff clearly well trained in hospitality service. Staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. Shout out to Victoria who welcomed us upon our arrival and made our check in process a pleasure. She even let us in earlier than usual check in time as our room were ready early. Vey comfortable bed, nice ambient lighting. Good space with sofa and a few small table. Perfect location in the Central station on the first and second floor, so you can just jump from the hotel corridor to be on the ground floor (seriously, don't do this, just take the lift or escalator like a normal sane person:)) Not noisy at all in my room despite next to the train stop. Very well design sound proof room. Breakfast buffet was amazing, good rang of options even for someone like my family that only eat Halal food - various vegetarians and eggs suitable food. Luggage storage free of charge before check in or after checking out to help you enjoy Gothenburg without the need to carry your extra tonne of luggages. Sauna and gym are also available for the customers. Cons None really, for the price tag I think the hotel is perfect.

Handfatet var det stopp i på rummet.. Klagade på det men inget hände. De sa att jag kunde byta rum men det var omständigt för oss. Tyckte de inte gjorde nåt mer för att avhjälpa problemet. Fick inte kompensation eller nåt annat

It’s a nice place to stay with an interesting concept of prefab buildings. The area is right at the dock with a lot of history. The staff was kind and helpful.

Not just an average airport hotel. Set away from the airport around 5 minutes walk, the hotel is on the edge of a lovely green area with a forest to the rear. Breakfast was top class, everything set out nicely and quality food. Definitely a notch up on any airport hotel I've stayed in before. Will definitely use again.

The first floor is being renovated. There is a lot of dust in the guest room. Everything in the toilet is covered with a layer of dust. It feels like it has not been taken care of for a long time. I don’t know what’s going on! But the breakfast is good, the free parking is also very good, and the service staff is very friendly!

The rooms are well-equipped with refrigerators, the lighting needs to be improved as well as the beds (one of the mattresses kept coming out of the box spring)
