While Studio C is small, it has the essentials and luxuries needed to make your stay comfortable! Weekly and monthly discounts are available! PLEASE NOTE: Studio C is accessible by climbing a set of 20 stairs that may be a little steep for some and there is a handrail, however, if you have any issues with mobility, this studio is probably not a good fit. We do not own or have any control over the stairway and it is shared by other tenants within the apartment complex.*The main bridge on Bremer Ave. is now also officially closed due to reconstruction so please be aware there will be detour signs to help you navigate to our studio and shops downtown. You may hear noise from the bridge construction throughout your stay. *Centrally located in the heart of Waverly and conveniently within walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the river and bike trail.
